After our small wall oven went out we really only had one option when looking for a new one, which was to remodel the entire kitchen due to size constraints. Joe scheduled a fast consultation and provided a timely quote. He showed up to the job site everyday. His crew was always on schedule and always had things to do, there was never any down time. He was easy to get in touch with and really understood our needs. His tile installers are very detail-oriented, fast, and did a fabulous job laying over 900sf of wood tile and leveled each piece. His countertop fabricator was top-notch and noticed we were given flawed slabs before he cut them and got them quickly exchanged out. We had a pretty easy renovation and it only took about 5-6 weeks! We had a leak at our house and had our flooring damaged as well as a giant hole in the wall. It was a nightmare. We had to find a contractor to help us repair the leak and had multiple bids. We ended up going with Joe and Oceanside Builders because of his easy up front demeanor. We had several bids and Oceanside was not the lowest, but Joe reassured us quality. He was able to work with our insurance company as well. After looking at his portfolio of projects we decided to give him a shot. True to his word, his team was extremely thorough and precise. We had chosen to upgrade our flooring. Joe had given us recommendations of tile vendors who gave us a good quality wood looking porcelain tile. He gave us recommendations and was very upfront about the whole process. He was true to his timeline and the whole process went very smoothly. He put up with a little bit of our indecision and was comforting with the whole process. I am most likely going to be bringing him on for a big project for future renovations.
