They did not have the current Covid vaccine for under 65 yrs old so she looked it up and told me they had it at the one on Canyon Parkway, Riverside CA, in a Target. I drove 25 minutes to this CVS and arrived at an empty pharmacy at 1:17 pm. The pharmacist asked me what I needed and I told him the Covid vaccine for under 65 yr old. He looked at his watch and said he was going on lunch in 12 minutes and couldn't do it. He said he has to enter information, I had to fill out paperwork and then he had to get the vaccine ready. I suggested he enter the information on the computer while I fill out the paperwork to save time. He refused to do it. I initially walked away, but then walked back to him. I told him I was a healthcare professional, which I am, and that he was absolutely unprofessional. Another man said he would help to try and make it move faster. Reluctantly the pharmacist went to go get the Covid vaccine, while the other gentleman asked me questions needed to enter. After all that, they had a Covid Vaccine they couldn't give me as it expired 2 days ago and they he said it was the only one they had. My local pharmacist had looked it up yesterday and it said they had one available. Absolutely ridiculous of a pharmacy. I will not be going back to this pharmacy in Canyon Springs nor ever refer anyone there.

I've lived in California for over three years, and the way ADHD patients are treated at CVS…read morepharmacies here is consistently degrading. You're made to feel like a criminal just for picking up legally prescribed medication. In mid-December 2025, I had a serious issue with a pharmacist named Min Doahn who refused to fill my prescription even after I explained and documented that a prior fill was a police-reported replacement due to theft. He discussed my medication loudly in front of other customers, which was humiliating and felt like a privacy violation. I tried again today same treat ment, is embarrassing I don't know why no one complains this behavior they think just because my name is Latino they can break confidentiality and treat people bad ! No if this happen to you ! Report them. Today received the same treatment. On top of that, CVS repeatedly overcharges and offers no real resolution. After years of this behavior, nothing has changed. I'm originally from South Florida, where this level of rudeness and harassment toward ADHD patients simply does not happen. Because of the discrimination, overcharging, and lack of respect, and professionalism I will not be returning to CVS.

Unfortunately, we couldn't locate it. The app showed that it was low in stock and supposedly on the shelf, but there wasn't any to be found. Conner went above and beyond by even asking someone else to check whether the item had recently been received but hadn't been shelved yet. Although we weren't able to find the item, I truly appreciate the effort and excellent customer service he provided. He definitely went the extra mile! Thank you.

They are a bit slower at prepping your order than the other locations on Eucalyptus. The only thing that bothers me about this particular location is when I order some grocery items, they tend to sell spoiled foods. I've done so many returns on grocery items for this reason. So I knocked of a star for spoiled foods and a second star for the amount of times I've had to do returns. On a personal note, not specific to this location, years ago I worked at the ad agency that supported Targets DEI initiatives. Particularly for the culture. I'm still bitter they eliminated that program.

Stopped by Sam's in Riverside to get gas today. It was $5.49…read morea gallon. That's about 20 cents more than the one in San Bernardino and 30 cents more than Ontario. Nevertheless, the gas is still cheaper than most local gas stations regardless of using cash or card. On this visit I did notice a flaw in the design of the gas station. When the trucks are there to refuel the station it makes it very difficult for customer to utilize all the pumps and causes for a much long line. The fuel truck actually blocks all the center lanes and makes it a huge inconvenience for customer. Hopefully if they ever do a major remodel they remember that and redesign the pumps or refill tank.

Extremely disappointing experience at this Sam's Club location…read more I went to the Member Services desk today specifically to request a physical membership card. The employee assisting me, Perla, adamantly told me that Sam's Club no longer provides physical membership cards at ANY location and claimed that the policy changed approximately two months ago. The problem is that this directly contradicts Sam's Club's own CURRENT website, which specifically states that members who would still like a physical membership card can request one at the Member Services desk with their membership number and government-issued ID. The website even explains what to do if a particular club is temporarily out of physical cards. To make the situation even more frustrating, my mother received a physical membership card at THIS SAME LOCATION only a few months ago. I would have had no problem if I had simply been told, "We are currently out of physical cards." Instead, I was given information that contradicts Sam's Club's own published policy, and when I questioned it, the interaction was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Based on this experience, I am left with the impression that this may be a local management/leadership decision to discourage employees from printing physical cards and push everyone toward the digital card, rather than honestly explaining to members that physical cards remain available under Sam's Club's published policy. If that impression is incorrect, then management needs to make sure the employees working at Member Services are providing accurate information. Unfortunately, this is also not my first disappointing experience at this location. This location has some of the rudest and most dismissive employees I have encountered at a Walmart/Sam's Club company. I have also purchased rotisserie chickens here on multiple occasions that were noticeably undercooked, which raises a completely separate concern about quality control. I expect better from Sam's Club, particularly from the Member Services desk, which is supposed to be where members go for assistance. I am including a screenshot of Sam's Club's own current membership-card policy so other members can read it for themselves. This location's leadership should address both the customer-service issues and why members are apparently being told something different from what Sam's Club currently publishes on its own website.
