1. They did not fill prescription properly. 2. They did not text/call when prescription was ready. 3. It is my opinion that the owner?, head pharmacist?, guy named George really needs some anger management training. I have never been addressed by a business the way this guy talked to me. He made it sound like he was doing me a big favor by charging me what my insurance says I should be charged for a prescription. He would only fill my wife's controlled substance prescription if we moved all of our prescriptions there. Kind of like a scam if you ask me. The place just seem shady to me. I take several medications. This pharmacy has what I need, or orders it by the next day. They also have the option to ship medications to your home. SO convenient! Sam is a wonderful lady and has treated me with nothing but respect my entire time coming here. She called when my prescriptions were due for a refill before I realized they were. Not sure how I have not posted 5-star or more for this great Pharmacy. Literally they have changed my life. I had a pharmacy in San Bernadino that we would have to drive to every month for a shot. Not only is Brand New just a few blocks away - the Manager Sam worked with us and now we have changed Drs and all our meds are delivered. I love this pharmacy. It is one of the last examples of a caring small town business!!! The owners, George ( pharmacist) and Sammy ( office manager and tech ) go out of their way to make sure you get the best price and the greatest service. They take a personal interest in your pharmaceutical needs. That includes being very familiar with what meds you are taking as well as calling your doctor and or insurance company when that is needed. Beware don't go!! I went for my refill for my son who has Autism on 11/18/2019 and they gave me half my quantity of focalin then missed my other half the a few days later and accused and yelled at me stating i took them when they still had the 30 pills in their possession. They apologized but didn't not check their inventory before blowing up at me. Then second prescription of Guanfacine was shorted 24 pills out of 60 and they refuse to accept the mistake which made my son be out of his medication for 2 weeks. Without my Drs help my son would have still suffered from missing his medication. read more

I was having trouble getting a prescription filled at CVS. I had to ask my doctor to rewrite it twice then they said he had used the wrong form. I took it to this pharmacy and they filled it with no problem. Also the cold water and TV are great perks if you have to wait a moment. Wait is also much less than national chain pharmacies.
