I recently had an experience at your front desk that I feel needs to be addressed. The receptionist, who I believe is named Yesica, came across as very unprofessional and lacking empathy. I came in with my grandmother, who is currently battling cancer, and instead of showing any understanding or compassion, we were simply told to sit down and wait with no acknowledgment of the situation.
Additionally, her demeanor--She appeared more focused on being on her phone and making faces at people walking in than doing her job--felt dismissive and inappropriate for someone in a front-facing role. As the first point of contact for patients and families, I believe it is extremely important to show respect, professionalism, and empathy.
This experience was very disappointing during an already difficult time for my family. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. It is very concerning that this behavior is either unnoticed or unaddressed by management. read more
