My son seemed happy, he was learning, and things appeared to be going well. Unfortunately, my experience took a very disturbing turn and I feel obligated to share it so other parents can make an informed decision before enrolling their children here. My son's elbow was dislocated while he was in their care. When I asked the owner what happened, the only response I received was "I don't know what happened." I had to take my child to the hospital where doctors had to pop his elbow back into place. When I asked to see the camera footage, I was told there was no camera angle covering that area. When I asked to speak directly with the teacher in the room to understand what happened to my child, I was told I was not allowed to speak with them. Even more concerning, an incident report was never submitted to the state regarding my son's injury, which raised serious questions for me about accountability and transparency. Even after this situation, I continued sending my son there because at the time I believed the center still had positive qualities. Looking back, that was clearly a mistake. The owner and her husband are extremely dismissive and passive aggressive toward parents. The owner, Binal, does not build relationships with families and does not allow teachers to communicate directly with parents at all. Communication is tightly controlled. Another major concern is that parents are not allowed inside the facility by the owners. Pennsylvania childcare regulations allow parents to enter the facility, so preventing parents from doing so is extremely troubling and raises serious concerns about transparency. The owner's oldest daughter, who is under 16 years old, is frequently present around the daycare and involved in the day-to-day environment with the children. There are also concerning rumors among parents regarding how she interacts with children, which only adds to the uneasiness about supervision and professionalism. There are also serious safety concerns on the playground. The swing set is leaning heavily to the right and appears unstable. If that structure were to fall, it could seriously injure or hospitalize a child. It is alarming that equipment like this would remain around small children. The children also rarely go outside, even when the weather clearly permits it and when outdoor playtime should be part of their daily routine. Meal practices were also concerning. Breakfast is listed as being served until 9:30 AM, but if your child arrives after 9:15 AM, they reportedly will not receive breakfast and must wait until lunch. For young children, that policy is unreasonable. The most upsetting situation occurred when I was suddenly accused of making racial comments on ClassDojo, which I have never done. I was shown what was presented as a screenshot for "proof," which I strongly believe was fabricated. Based on that accusation, my child was wrongfully terminated. After terminating my son, I told them I would come in to collect his belongings and pay the two weeks that were still owed, but they told me I could keep the payment. That response only reinforced my belief that they knew the situation had been handled improperly. There were also other ongoing issues. My son once came home with severe blisters on his bottom because he was not changed properly, despite me repeatedly explaining that he has sensitive skin and requires cream at every diaper change. Overall, after reflecting and looking deeper into this center, I am honestly disgusted that I trusted this facility with my child. What initially appeared to be a warm and caring environment turned out to be something very different. This review is not written out of retaliation. It is written to spread awareness so other parents can make informed decisions. Childcare facilities should prioritize safety, transparency, and accountability. Unfortunately, based on my experience, Seven Wonders failed to provide those things.

After seeing that the other daycare center I chose no longer was meeting the needs of my son, I scoured the internet for hours looking for another option. I landed on an amazing website for Saint Alphonsa's Academy and was thinking that it looked too good to be true. After taking a tour of the center, I found that it appeared to live up to what the website portrays and I decided to enroll my son who was almost 18 months at the time. To my surprise, he willingly took the hand of his teacher on his very first day and waved goodbye to me with no issues. (This was after a month of crying and grabbing onto my leg daily as I left him at the other daycare.) Parents look no further. I can't say enough about Saint Alphonsa's Academy and am extremely blessed that I found this place! All of the teachers here are outstanding and my son never ceases to amaze me with the things he has learned. My son is now 5 years old, filled with knowledge, and is ready to move onto kindergarten in the fall. With that in mind, I'm now learning that choosing to send him here wasn't the hardest part of being a working mom, it is the realization that he'll be graduating and leaving such a wonderful place. I however being independent, explained to her, that I wear knee pads on my knees, and I walk on my knees, as you walk on your feet. you have to understand when you have no legs, people look, but you roll into a public pool in a wheelchair, people really look. I'm the type that doesn't like attention brought to my condition, I fly under the radar when possible. my point being s this female lifeguard, said to call her "Q". she was so pleasant and friendly, made me feel at ease and less of a spectacle. I made it very clear to them that he is on a keto/Paleo life style and he eats a lot to organic fruits and veggies, I was reassured that it will be no issues, (conveniently yesterday talking to Jess, she had no memory of our tour Convo). Anyway, everyday at baby room, my son had poop leak thru his diaper, all his onsies had poop stains, I bought so many each time, I got tired of it, let's not forget the rash, since he sat with poop in his butt too long and leaked, it burned his skin, and you could even see the mark of the poop in the rash on his skin. All his clothes, stain with food, food leftovers between the fingers, inside his nose nostrils, dry crusty snot all around his nose, bruises on his head from him falling, but we ng about the size of a quarter (was said he fell on toy, he fell on chair...) Ok! ‍ (teacher is very nice, but seemed too much for her or maybe lazy) I did complain via email but the poop continued. Then he was moved to the 17 month old rool at 15M since the baby room got full (took to many kids $$) Now in this room, that's when it got to me, especially after I had surgery 8/2 and talked to Jess about me not being able to lift my son and his father will be doing that (once again yesterday she denied and had no "memory" of that) it was few more times with the poop, which once more I complained and it stopped, my 15m old.limes his pacifier, teacher refused to give him, they have an app to communicate, teacher responds 2-3 days later and sometimes doesn't. (I have screen shots) I sent 2 types of fruit to be given as snack and one after last lunch, she gave them after breakfast (which breakfast had it own fruit already in the container) and one at lunch and sometimes they came back full they boy loves fruit, go figure The father dropped him off in the AM late few times so it wasn't much time for breakfast and we asked for him to be fed. I spoke to the teacher and Jess (and once again, she didn't have any memory of this conversation with me either) how unprofessional! What else can you claim when you lie and deny! I explained to Jess that his father gets off work at 7am, by the time he gets home it's 7:30 and he can't make it by 8, I also told her it's until I get a clearance from the doctor around Sept 15 (don't forget, she doesn't remember) so again, I was reassured it was ok, I also explained the teacher is very the phone and she pretty much didn't give a damn, said they had no one to stay with him extra 10, so mind you, my son hungry until snack. While his father picks him up, he noticed that our son is extremely hungry and especially thirsty, he spoke to the teacher about the food, and asked her does he eat it all, is it on the floor, she said "he loves to eat and he is actually her best behaved child in the room and we have no worries. Then I spoke to her about being extremely thirsty, she said " I leave at 3pm, I don't know what happens in late care after I leave, but in my class he gets water all the time, and she said she will let Jess know, because it's not her place to say anything to the late care teachers. I got an email from Jess the opposite of what I spoke to the day before with the teacher. The father asked to speak to the director 3 times, never heard from her, I reached out to Jess via email and her respond to me was (email) the director Nancy only to be reached when its a severe situation, what? That's not severe? We were denied to talk to her. If a parent cannot talk to the director about their child that a big problem, clearly I want someone above Jess and Jess refuses to allow us or maybe Nancy doesn't want too, THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT THE PLACE! There were more little concerns but I'll keep it brief. for several weeks I had a uncomfortable gut feeling about the care of my child, PARENT! FOLLOW YOUR GUT FEELING, DONT WAIT LIKE I DID! $1409.00 A month cash is a lot of money for unprofessional denying every escuse in the book child care BS. I gave Jess a notice he will not continue next year, and after a phone Convo with Jess yesterday, about he was given to him father with a diaper full of poop, and I told her don't let me think you guys retaliating against my son, her response was "no one knows you leaving" , I decided not to send him back, do to safety and retaliation concern. What kind of answer is that? " No one knows you leaving" that's a red flag.

When I brought this to the attention of Syndney- his teacher, and the other staff, Sydney walked over and stated "Hadn't noticed those marks, I'm going to get a incident report." I asked the entire room of staff and teachers, including Sydney "What could have possibly taken place for my son's face to look like this?" Everyone was silent. When Sydney brought over the incident report it had a description of what had taken place. I then continued to ask questions, and her answer was "I don't know." I am very heartbroken that this incident has taken place and no one claims to know what happened. No one took the time to contact me or at least try to notify me regarding the very apparent bruises on his face. For this to be a childcare facility that claims to put the welfare and safety of the children first, this incident is being handled poorly. I feel that my concerns are being brushed under the rug and the incident is being covered up. I am highly disappointed in Syndney's attitude and blatant lack of care and concern for my child. Due to this nonchalant response by Jenkintown Day Nursery, CCIS and other necessary offices may need to be contacted so they can assess this center's ability to properly monitor the children in it's care.

He loves it here…read more I will say the negative reviews on this page was during a rough patch when there was high turnover especially within the infant room in which I experienced first hand but they rectified to fix right away. I haven't experienced any issues since and I've been very pleased with my time here. The teachers are very well mannered and professional. All very personable. My kid is actively engaged everyday, and he loves the yoga and music classes they offer. It's probably his favorite days here. The facilities have a great open layout which my kid loves the space to runaround and play. They do fun activities throughout the year and involve the parents. They have an app to help see what your kid does every day and updates with reports. I'd recommend this place and I know my kid is well taken care here.
