STAY AWAY! This is hands down the worst dealership in the nation. I have never seen such a lazy and careless dealer. I ordered a vehicle that was supposed to be drop shipped at my local dealer. That did not happen. Instead they put over 600+ miles driving it to me. Now I have a car I can't register because they didn't know how to do the paperwork correctly. My county office never received the paperwork and the bank never received the title. When I ask them for help they keep telling me what I need to do and don't do anything themselves about it. they did not send in my warranty for corrosion in time. drug their feet and it expired. Said they would cover the cost of warranty. Lied about where they took my vehicle. Gave me a loaner knowing it was unsafe. The loaners engine blew on Easter Sunday leaving my children and I on the side of state route 6 until we found someone to pick us up. Drove my vehicle adding extra miles to it. Didn't replace the gas they used while driving my vehicle without my knowledge or authorization. Told us they did not have to give us the location of our vehicle. Refused to give location of vehicle until asked via email. Did not do the proper repairs on my vehicle. read more

After finding a vehicle that we were interested in purchasing online, we traveled 2 hours to Bryan Ohio to see the kind people at Casebere Motor Sales. We met with Kyle and after speaking with him we test drove the car and decided to purchase it. Everyone was friendly and professional, Kyle and the other sales people, the nice lady that did our financing (can't remember her name, sorry!) and we even got to chat with the owner and his sweet dog, Pauly. He is only the second owner since the company started in 1934! There was a familial vibe in the air. The fact that we never were thrown a pressured sales pitch and that there was an easy, comfortable atmosphere to the place made us feel that we made the right decision on going there. I contacted one of their used car salesman in March of 2017 for assistance in buying a 2016 Dodge Charger AWD. I gave him the specifics of what I was looking for and I knew they had purchased Off Lease models in the past and had good prices every April for the last three years. Well they never got back with me and never followed up after 3 calls to let them know I was serious and not just some telephone game player. Its as if they had a total lack of Interest. Is it that they avoid working with experienced car buyers. ...and blew me off? The good news is they have some really good deals on some Off Lease models every March/ April. So what's the deal here , do they not like customers who are good at math and numbers? I will admit there probably wouldn't have been a huge profit potential with me, but I was willing to drive 60 miles to thier dealership and I was not going to talk them down on their already low prices as long as they found what I wanted. I went to Casebere Motors on the afternoon of April 30 to look at a Dodge Caravan they were advertising. There were no pictures on their site. I live in Fort Wayne Indiana, so the drive was about an hour away. They had apparently just got the vehicle in the previous Friday. The van was very dirty, and there was a dent in the side of the door. After taking it for a test drive these "appeared" to be the only problems with the van. The sales person I talked to was Cody Hall. We talked about the van, and I asked him if they had checked everything out to make sure all was right with the van. Cody said yes, they had looked over the van, they had found nothing wrong with it. I had expressed that I was interested in the van, but that the dent in the door was something I wanted fixed. I was fine with paying full price for it, so long as that was fixed and the car was cleaned and detailed. That was the deal... all the while I'm under the impression they've looked it over and assure me that nothing else is wrong. They couldn't fix the door that day, they had to order a part and we had to come back. They did a quick cleanup of the van and I took it home that evening. I didn't think much of it, since I figured I'd take it back and everything would be fine. On the way home a light popped up on the dashboard (an exclamation point.) As soon as I got home I called Cody to ask what that was about. He said he didn't know and that the would check it out when I brought it in. My wife took the van in the following Thursday. They gave us a loaner van to use in the meantime. We got a call the following Tuesday from Cody letting us know everything was done and the van was ready to pick up. I asked if they had looked into the light, and he said they did and that it was taken care of. He said it had to do with the tires not having enough air in them. I figured all was good, they put air in the tires and it's fixed. I had to work, so my wife went to Ohio to get the van. She's 8 months pregnant and not feeling the greatest, and she took our 2 year old with her. She was under the impression she would just pick up the van and go, and perhaps our 2 year old could take a nap in the car while she was driving. When she got there she discovered the van hadn't been detailed whatsoever, it was still a mess. They took the van back to the shop and cleaned it up, meanwhile my wife is waiting with our screaming, tired 2 year old. They finally brought the van back to her. When she got in the car she noticed the light was still showing. That was when we found out from them that the tire pressure sensor was broken. At this point I called the manager Brent to find out what was going on. I expressed my extreme frustration and displeasure about the van not being done when they said, and them making my pregnant uncomfortable wife wait with our 2 year old screaming at her. Then I got into the light, and I told him that I expected that to be fixed. Brent told me he was "not going to drop everything" for this light and be out $100-$400 to fix it. (I'm your customer Brent, and I spent money with you!) I told him that Cody had assured me they had checked this out and that everything was okay, this was not at all disclosed. Brent's argument was that the van was sold as is, and I drove it off the lot. I got into a heated argument with him. I told him he could either fix it or take the car back. He said no, neither of those things was going to happen. I work in customer service and sales, I'm all too familiar with the game. I'm absolutely shocked and appalled at the way this company treats their customers. It was hands down the worst customer experience I've ever had buying a car if not anything else. Cody proved to be an incompetent salesman, and Brent proved to be a jerk. I don't buy for one second that this car was looked over at all as Cody had said. If it had been they would have known that the sensor was out. If they had known then they would have said so when I called Cody after bringing it home to inquire about it. Instead of saying "I don't know", he would have said "The tire pressure sensor is broken, that's part of the sold as is" and that would have been the end of the conversation. The problem here is that they did NOT set proper expectations. Brent was also incredibly rude, and clearly did not care about the situation. The van was sold and that's all he cared about. I have never met a more unprofessional manager in my life. In my line of sales I have one rule, and it's "Do the right thing". I can't tell you how many times I have gone above and beyond for a customer of mine, paying for something out of my own pocket to fix a bad experience for a customer. Guess what those customers did after that Brent.... THEY CAME BACK!!!! They came back and spent MORE MONEY! Guess what I won't be doing with you? I went to check out a charger there earlier this week. I am shopping around and had looked at another one at a different dealership. I got to deal with the hot shot sales manager Brent. It was not impressed with him at all, very unprofessional. The whole time I checked out the car and him talking about it, he had this vibe that all he cared about was selling it, couldn't careless about the customer. I test drove it while I thought he was looking over the car I was trading in, he wasn't, when I got back he started to look at my car and completely under valued it. Then we went back in to go over numbers, he never asked my pay off and when he gave me the numbers he had all the extra crap priced in with it. The previous dealer I went to gave me a rang of different payments with different loan terms, but no not at this dealer. Then when we wrapped things up he gave me his "sale pitch" more like a "sale threat" He said that he believes that he has the perfect car for me and that I was more then welcome to buy a charger from another dealer. (That dealer was farther away, but a way better deal this the crap he had) he continued to say that I would need oil changes and stuff done to the car and would have to come to him to get it done. Though the staff would treat me right, I would get no benefits from him. Because buying from him gets discounted parts and deals on oil changes. That's the benefits of buying local (Bryan isn't local for me, he would know if he got to know me like a good salesman would do) besides there are other dodge dealerships and private places to get service done to my car. He told me a story of a person who looked at a car there but ended up buying elsewhere and then coming to his dealership to ask them how to set up the phone. He told them to go to the service department and pay $95. He told them the dealer they bought it from should have showed them how to set that up, his people would have if they bought from him. 100% he told me this story, the whole "sales pitch"/ sales threat was very awkward to sit and listen to. Once he told me all that I pitched his card and decided to go with another dealer who actually cares for their customers. Would not recommend! read more

Honest and quick repairs. I fully expected to need a new or rebuilt tranny and beings from out of town and in a hurry expected to pay a lot. They only had to repair an anchor and it cost me a lot less. Nice about storing my vehicle and trailer on their lot despite the long time before I could get it. read more
