The issue causes the headlights to randomly go out, blowing the bulb or the fuses, depending on the day and which way you hold your mouth. It makes the vehicle horn, Door locks and much more not work. Bryan Ford refused to do the recall saying because I am missing plastic by the wheel that that's what is causing my electrical issues. (the components the are recalled is what is putting my families lives at risk). So replacing the fuse box is a huge job obviously so Bryan Ford refuses to do the recalled repairs leaving my family at risk of dying in the POS FORD built. You can do better Chip. Ultimately I give the service dept zero stars for extremly bad service and rude counter associate.

Yea I did get the warranty and I thought the ac was a part of it and guess what IT WASNT. I'm thankful for the car but they could've done better ways that I wouldn't have to go through hoops trying to figure out why and how they didn't notice it in the first place.
