Bought a "little old lady only drove on Sundays" CJ from them. It was all they promised and a bag of chips. Good price because it was a 2013 (bought it in 2021), had only 29k miles though, and it was a manual transmission. The process was simple and easy. I would have given them 5 stars, but the PRESSURE put on me AFTER the sale by the Finance Dept Warranty Saleman was beyond the pale. The stories of "what if's" this or that happens were hilarious. I don't live in fear of what MIGHT happen and felt a little belittled by that last part of the process. A simple question: "Would like to discuss warranty options with our Sales Dept?" would have sufficed. Because I would have said NO. Never, ever by extended warranties. It's fear-mongering. read more

They gave me a very fair price on my trade in and I got a Quality used Truck. There a couple of issues with the the truck but they took care of them for me. Every time, (twice) I've been in this dealership I regret spending my money there. They are extremely unprofessional, lack luster, lazy, and rude. Every one you come across is lacking energy and are very apathetic. No one is out to make money for the company. You can tell there's no professional drive whatsoever. It's the worst service i've ever had, and I once had my oil changed at walmart. Lobby is gross, day old popcorn in the machine etc. Maybe if more of them shuffled their feet 50% of the staff wouldn't weigh 300 or more pounds. Lazy! read more

Change my oil and it leaked all over my engine and car. They fixed the problem but even after they said they cleaned everything the best they could it still is burning oil off the engine and stinks 3 days later. I was offered a free oil change but I don't think I will use it. I going back to Glenbrook Dodge where I have never had an issue. I can't speak about the sales department but the service department is out of control and needs to be evaluated. If they are even able to repair your vehicle make sure to check it for mechanical damage. Employees sleep in plain view and they act like they have the expertise of a 14 year old. If you don't believe me, read the reviews on their other yelp pages. I go out of my way to go to Angola Dodge now because Auburn is such a liability and ripoff. I don't know how they haven't been investigated or shut down by now. I'd be scared to trust them for a simple oil change or tire rotation and that's not an exaggeration. I've owned approximately fifteen vehicles and I've been to the same amount of dealerships so I'm well educated on how a dealership should be ran. This one is by far the worth I've ever seen, it's borderline criminal. Hopefully someone can turn this place around because a lot of people depend on them to be fair and knowledgeable...
