I've tried a few of the other laundromats in the area and this one thus far is the best. Each time I've gone it was smooth and always ready in a real timely manner. My guess is because it isn't as popular as the others and a bit off the beaten path so to speak which is fine by me. My latest visit I dropped off at 7:45 AM and it was ready by 2 pm, way fast than other times. On top of these the folding and packing is just perfect. Everything is always nicely presented in these large plastic bags that I like to reuse. I also like how there is never any issue with them accepting card payment. They use a clover handheld device. My preffered laundromat and suggest it if you're needing to wash clothes and be a bit more low key while doing it.

Of these items, there was a two- piece dress with jacket that was purchased by my late husband. The jacket was trimmed in what appeared to be black leather but turned out to be plastic. Over the years, the plastic became fragile. I happened to wear the dress while working as a background actor and noticed the peeling of plastic. When I dropped off my clothes, it was explained to me that they could not repair the jacket. They suggested that I take it to an establishment who specializes in handling such repairs. When I picked up my laundry, I left it on my valet. I did not want to deal with the jacket. Almost two months have passed since I touched my laundered clothes. Today, I decided to put the clothes into my closet, and I was SHOCKED! I cried! Choi's Valley Cleaners had removed ALL of the plastic from around the collar running down the front of the jacket, the pockets and the sleeves with black fabric. They never said anything to me when I picked up my laundry. Rather, they pulled all my clothing together and I paid. The person who helped me smiled and said have a nice day. Choi's Valley Cleaners went beyond customer service. I will be grateful to them the rest of my life. They understood how important the dress was to me and went out of their way to preserve it. Parking lot is a disaster some days, lines aren't clearly painted and people generally can't drive well in the USA. She started coming over and slamming the washer doors around us, trying to intimidate us. For much of the time our wash load was in. When I asked her name, she went silent. She clearly isn't going a very good job of cleaning. I'm contesting the charges on my card and reporting this place to the state attorney general. You can't treat people this way or have dangerous washers with mold. This is the last thing I needed on a rough road trip for medical needs.

This place is WILDLY overpriced. $5 to dry clean slacks and they charged me $25 to taper a pair of pants. I could buy a pair of pants for $25.
