I left a $1,000 denim and leather jacket for spot dry cleaning to take make-up off the denim collar, and they put the jacket through a washing machine and completely ruined it. Not only did they ruin it, but while washing it one of the sewn in shoulder pads fell off, and they charged me to sew it back on. This was before telling me they washed it, I thought it had just fallen out somehow. But upon receiving it back, it was clear what they did. They washed something that should never have been washed, and ruined it. Then charged extra for fixing something they ruined. The leather is now pealing, and the color of the leather bled into the denim and stitching. Heart breaking.
