This is BY FAR the best dog groomer in the area. They have been in business for 30-plus years and it shows. They do a great job for a reasonable price. I took my Bichon and my miniature poodle there for traditional cut and they did it perfectly until they both passed. I now take my small poodle mix there and I get compliments every time I take her out in public. I called from Oregon to inquire if this person knew of any self service dog washing places in Hemet. The woman told me I should Google it and put the dog in my tub or kitchen sink. What she didn't know was that I was coming down to pick up the dogs belonging to my fiance who had just passed three weeks prior. One is a great dane and there are not facilities available to accommodate this at his home. I went in with my husky about a week ago to trim her nails. And it went better than I thought. Fast, cheap and experienced friendly people. To trim her nails, it was only $5. Way better than doing it myself and she never struck blood. To groom and bathe is $35 from what I remember. They also do all the same for cats. Will keep coming! read more

I have been going to this place for the past couple of years to have my dogs nails trimmed. On one occasion I saw a groomer box a dogs ears and she told the dog to shut up after she put the dog on the table. Another time when I brought in my 15 yr old chihuahua for a nail trim, she pooped on their floor. The owner's son had a fit, but his mother said that's ok. After all, it is a dog grooming place. I offered to clean it up myself. Then I took in my toy Maltese for a nail trim, they had trimmed her nails many times, and I asked the owners son if he could trim the two mattes under her feet and I would pay extra. But when I said to be careful not to drop her because she's very nervous, he became angry at me. I mean nasty! so I asked if he would just trim her nails then. He said no your dog has two many health issues. He said I have my own health issues! (Weird!). Then he told me to take my dog somewhere else! read more

The gentleman is very gruff on the phone and in person. Not a people person at all. The place stunk to high heaven. I understand there's scared animals there but I've never smelt a vet or another groomer with such a pungent odor. It's filthy too. The chairs are so nasty I didn't even want to sit down. The older lady actually doing the grooming was very sweet but possibly too frail to be handling any animal over 5 pounds. They couldn't clip my 10 pound dog's nails, which I understand. He's a bit crazy for some people. But, to hear "OH NO! This dog is going home," from the back and then just have my dog handed back without an "I'm sorry.....this is why we can't take your dog" is completely unacceptable from a place that should have some sort of customer service. read more
