They got almost our entire 3 bedroom house in one load - I was shocked! Fast and efficient, which was impressive in this current heat. The second load wasn't full so they were kind enough to add a handful of items that I had in the garage that weren't even packed yet. They even helped set up a few items in the new house and offered to help with anything else we needed. The entire move took 3 hours, which was less than they estimated. He gave me a pre-printed price list and showed me what each step would cost. He also explained that the holes in the flex ducts were small enough to patch rather than having to be replaced. I attempted to get 2 more quotes, however the first company wanted to charge me $90.00 just to have their tec come out to make the quote. The second company sent someone out, but he would not give me a quote until I got an inspection. That was going to cost $280.00. Of course I called Pinkertons and we set a date for him to come and do the work. He and his helper showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner and told me the worh was guaranteed for a year. Thankfully Benjamin who is the owner of Discount Granite Fabricators LLC came in and saved the day! He and his crew were initially contracted to install the countertops in our kitchen, both bathrooms and garden tub surround. He ended up doing the installation in addition to correcting almost all of the errors from the previous contractor, which was completing the installation of the laminate floors, texture, paint, plumbing, electrical etc. They did the work in a timely manner and at a very reasonable rate. The communication was professional and consistent. We are eternally grateful that our new forever home has everything now completed properly. It is truly a place we can enjoy and be proud of.
