THe tell you want eye drops they are putting in and why. Dr. Vrabek is professional and really good at what he does. After having this catarac syrgery done I feel like a fifth grader that can see again when I got my first glasses. It is so cool to not have to reach for my glasses in the morning. It seems he has better things to do. He said he doesn't know why the government has them do these eye exams. Excuse me I need the eye exam because I am diabetic and the government needs to know my eyes are ok to drive. I told him I needed the paper work that day. He said he couldn't pull his staff away to complete it. My other Dr. does the paperwork as she is doing the exam. I think it's time for Dr. Austin to retire. I will be looking for another Dr. I've had enough of this place. I will take my money else where.

MOST miraculous thing I had ever experienced. NO GLASSES anymore!! I started wearing them when I was 8 years old! I STILL now see just ......shy.......of 20/20 yet...........
