The Stem's End was incredibly affordable, and we were BLOWN AWAY by the beautiful floral designs they created. We wanted lots of color, a mix of live and dried flowers, and non-traditional flowers (no roses!) They created truly stunning bouquets and table arrangements using over 60 vases that my mom hand-painted. They even created a beautiful asymmetrical spray for our arch made by our friend, having only seen the finished structure a week before the wedding. Gail was friendly, helpful, and super responsive in all of our interactions. And the day-of staff was efficient, timely, and outgoing. We are so happy we chose The Stem's End!

Ordered FTD flowers 11/15/18 for birthday gift for someone at rehab center. On 11/17/18 I visited…read morethe person the person the flowers were sent to and found dead flowers. I called FTD and the rep apologized and said a replacement would be sent the next day. Three days later I visited and found no replacement flowers were sent. I again called FTD. The rep called the flower shop and was told they never received a request to replace the flowers. The rep said tomorrow a new flower arrangement would be sent by a different flower shop. I thanked the rep but didn't believe the flower shops excuse. Today the flowers were delivered by the new flower shop and I was very pleased with the flowers received. I wont allow FTD to use this shop again for my Christmas order.
