The rep called the flower shop and was told they never received a request to replace the flowers. The rep said tomorrow a new flower arrangement would be sent by a different flower shop. I thanked the rep but didn't believe the flower shops excuse. Today the flowers were delivered by the new flower shop and I was very pleased with the flowers received. I wont allow FTD to use this shop again for my Christmas order.
