I took my vehicle in to Stop because my check engine light came on and it was the thermostat. Tim told me that it would $450 plus tax and it would be about two days. I drove my car to the shop with only the engine light on. Tim had my car for over a week. After he fixed the thermostat every light on the dash was on and my car was non drivable. He said the engine was in default and he didn't know what was wrong and I should take it to the dealer. Tim damaged the fuel injector, and this cost me $1851.00 plus we had to get a rental car. I gave Tim the opportunity to fix this and he got nasty and told me to take him to court. Under no circumstances should a customer drive into a repair shop and then have to get their car towed out with no explanation as to what the problem was. This repair was clearly out of his league. The Cadillac Dealer called within an hour and told me what it was. He wasn't even competent enough as a mechanic find out why all the lights on the dash were on. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TO one stop auto because I ending up making TWO STOPS and the second one cost me $1851 dollars. Now he will write a rebuttal, make a bunch of excuses, and try to spin it instead of taking accountability. Lets see how he spins this. Remember DROVE IN WITH ONE LIGHT ON AMD TOWED OUT WITH 5 lights on. Those are the facts.

I was in a car accident back in Jan. of this year, Joe's shop had already closed for the day but when I called & explained what happened, he went back & reopened the shop just so my car could be towed there. My car took over three months to repair but Joe would call & give me updates. The Tiburon looks better than it did prior to the accident, Joe even washed & vacuumed the car for me!
