The service department was wonderful. They got my on the road under 2 1/2 hours. Not only the service manager was very sympathetic that I was far away from home, he made sure that I felt at home and suggested a great place to eat while I waited for my bike. I could not had better experience. As much as I do not want any one to break down, if this was to happen feel at ease that if you do break down around Erie PA, this service department will take good care of you.
