He acted like he was looking up something and then just said he didn't have it. I asked about equivalent and that threw him for a loop. Said immediately he didn't have it. Had a similar experience looking at refrigerators in the summer. The customer service people knew nothing about the refrigerators and all the floor displays were filthy with some that had doors that squeaked when opened. I went to Lowes. They knew the products.

Took these Neanderthals almost two weeks after my PM purchased it to get it to us...we live 5 minutes up the road. THEN, when they did finally get it to us, they were over an hour late, and it took 4 of them--yes, 4--to install this dryer...for 6 hours. Fast forward about three weeks and our dryer is now screeching from the drum motor being off center and it sounding like rusty rubbing metal... Do NOT use this business, ever!! I would recommend Rent-A-Center or Aaron's or the like a thousand times over before I would ever send anybody here! How this business is even *in* business is genuinely shocking to me
