We booked a private Christmas light tour for over 20 people for 3 hours and they showed up 40…read moreminutes late. The female "owner" was extremely intoxicated. Yes, drunk! Thankfully she wasn't driving the bus! The male driver was very new, they had no planned route and we literally drove to Red Wing from Hastings in circles, seeing only one farm with lights. The staff even pulled out a paper map since there wasn't an itinerary. The boss was passed out in the front seat. We listened to static and radio commercials until one of us linked to bluetooth. The sound system was good once we linked to it and the bus itself was very nice. To bad the owner was so drunk she made a fool out of herself. We made our own fun despite seeing no lights. There are many websites and apps with maps of Christmas lights. I suggest they use them and plan ahead, and stay sober. We did tip the driver since we felt bad for him.
