When my insurance changed 5 years ago, this was the only imaging place available to me and I called and called and called and never got an answer. I decided to come in in person to try and make an appointment and the woman at the front desk said they didn't currently have a technician at this location. I asked to schedule an appointment and she actually said "I just told you we don't have anyone so who you scheduling an appointment with?" and rolled her eyes at me. I was actually shocked because I had never been spoken to like that in a professional medical office before. I explained that I meant to make an appointment for when they did have someone working, thinking there was a miscommunication and she replied "And how would I know when that will be?" Typically I would ask for a referral somewhere else but I just left. I was actually shaken when I got to my car and called my doctors office from the parking lot. They were able to locate another office an hour away and I drove there instead. They continued to give me referrals here for imaging work over the years because it was the closest place and a few years ago was the first time I was actually able to get through on the phone to someone to make an appointment. I scheduled a mammogram and I was anxious coming in that day because of the way I had been treated previously. The same woman was behind the counter and she checked me in but the technician that did my exam was great. She was fast and efficient and when the lady from the front desk actually banged on the door while I was topless and in the middle of getting my imaging done to ask her something, the technician was very blunt with her and apologized to me for how unprofessional that was. I got my results on time and I was really hoping things would continue that way. I was torn on the rating to give in my review because the staff here that are rude and unhelpful and just never answer the phone deserve a 0 but the technician was 5 stars all that way. Last year I got another referral for a mammogram and I called for weeks, every day with no answer. Well, technically an answering service picks up and puts you on hold to connect you to the office but after waiting 30 or 40 minutes I would always disconnect. I eventually explained to the woman transferring me that no one ever picks up but she stated she was not on site and could not do anything about that. I even spoke with a manger. About a month later I had an OBGYN appointment and told them I couldn't get ahold of anyone and asked if they could help. The office staff said they were ALSO on hold for my entire visit and could not get an answer. They said I would have to go in person, so I just skipped my appointment altogether. This year I needed a CT and to my amazement, someone friendly answered right away, made me an appointment for the following week and I was in and out of my appointment in 20 minutes with a fast, competent technician. However when I called a few weeks later for a different appointment, thinking things were looking up, it was difficult to get an answer and when I did they said I would have to drive to another town for my imaging. It has been a rollercoaster with this location. Some very VERY bad interactions and a few good so know that you are rolling the dice coming here and that you could have a good experience or a terrible one. My best advice is that if you call and have a ridiculous wait time or can't get ahold of someone, don't keep trying. Just ask your doctor to be referred somewhere else and make the drive because it will be worth it in the end. read more

I would leave 10 stars if I could. When I have to have any X-ray, MRI, mammogram, etc., o come here. Why? The people are incredible. I've been here multiple times and Becky has always checked me in. The office staff is very friendly and helpful (and extremely patient). I had X-rays done today and the young lady who took care of me was so sweet and patient, which is great if you're suffering from pain. Valley MRI staff was amazing! I had to get an MRI for my lower back and my doctor was requesting a CD of my imaging. Wendy went above and beyond with making that happen! I live an hour away so with a hurt back that's a 2hr drive. Wendy set up a portal login for my doctor to access the images, FedEx'd a CD in case they couldn't figure out the portal, followed up with my case manager and then called me today to ask me how everything went with my M.D. accessing my imaging. Very run down looking place. Guess coming from Bay Area so many medical offices here seem in need of major renovation, or at least a little paint. Very depressing. Tech was nice enough but agree with other user. Lots of confusion with office staff. read more

If I could give ten stars I would. After a terrible experience at another MRI place this was fantastic. Very friendly front staff as well as all the techs. This facility is first class. Compassionate to our needs and very attentive. The best in the area IMO. Real person people. read more

Good luck with getting a call back or making a appointment. They purposely leave you on hold for over a half hour so you hang up. And than when I finally got threw after 3 weeks they said come down to make a appointment. By this rate if it's serious all be screwed. Gotta love our health care system. Not read more

Suite R; Had to give 1 star to be able to write a review, My mom was schedule an appointment @ 8:40am, we arrived on time and we were the first ones there, we handed her over our referral and appointment card and I over heard the receptionist telling the other lady in the back "she has an appointment card for 8:40!" the other lady in the back responded loud "are you serious!" And said well she has going to have to wait until I'm ready! My mom doesn't speak English so I'm assuming that's the reason why receptionist didn't even notify us there was mistake with the appointment time, which I understand mistakes happen, we were patient on waiting, but than hour and fifteen minutes passed. So I got up asked how much longer and the receptionist said there two more patients of ahead of your mom, i than responded we've been waiting for 1hour and 15 minutes my appointment was @ 8:40 and we over heard you telling your coworker about the confusion on the appointment time and she just responded yes she was scheduled for 8:40 but was supposed to be here 20 min early to fill out paperwork! Which we finished signing 3 papers in like 10 min!. I than told her you guys need to communicate when things go wrong we could have rescheduled or at least be aware of the wait time and she just kept saying yes I'll let the person know about their mistake, The receptionist is so unprofessional, violating HIPPA asking patient's personal health questions out in lobby where we can all hear and she pretty loud! Patients asking her what they are signing and her response is I don't know, it what we require. Receptionist needs a little more training on patient care/services and explaining consent forms and most importantly HIPPA!!!! read more

I got the CT scan that I wanted and they gave me the CD without a problem. However, the program provided to view the images is very outdated. Also, this location needs a good remodel, its walls are dark and depressing. Employees were professional but need a little cheer. read more

When we finally got an appointment after a week of calling, once we arrived they weren't sure if they took our insurance. they sat there and ate snacks at their leisure. The walls were a creepy red color with creepy paintings. One of the girls went out to some a cig. Then the doctor calls me and wants to know why they haven't sent the images to him. so I call. no one answers, no one answers and still no one. The worst. And they don't care. read more

I have to come here at least once a year and every time the service at the desk is awful. They are rude and act as though you are bothering them. At least the staff that take the scans are very nice and have always been accommodating. Wish they ran the front desk area. read more

Great service, they also work with cash pay patients. Walk ins are accepted for routine x-rays.
