Even when there's about 20 ppl on the line all cashing their checks, the line moves pretty quick. One of my fav things here though is their coin machine "Penny Arcade". You bring in all your loose pocket change and all the coins inside your sofa cushions, drop it into Penny Arcade, and you walk out with some decent money. I just turned a small pile of coins into a dinner for two at Houlihans! Can't beat that!

We use the Hwy 34, Aberdeen, NJ branch for our banking needs and have never been let down. There is so much you can do with online and call center help; you need the branches to help you and this is where Wells Fargo shines. During Hurricane Sandy, Wells Fargo was open all along to provide help. And now during the COVID-19 pandemic, Wells Fargo branches have been open and ready to help. They called us and let us know how to start the PPP loan application on their site. Couldn't believe it. We also use their ACH services and we have occasionally used their phone support; second to none.

I made a cash deposit…read moreat the outdoor machine tonight, and the machine kept making a weird noise for over five minutes. Then while this was going on the guy behind me was telling me to move, and getting nasty with me. I'm obviously not going to leave a machine without confirmation of a cash deposit going through. Then finally something came up on the machine that there was an atm malfunction. I logged on to my account and my deposit never went through. I advise everyone from using this branches atm machine for depositing. I ended up on the phone with customer service, and they said they'll give me a credit to my account in 12 hours until they figure out what happened. Still it's not worth the headache using this atm that's outside at this location.

Their vestibule ATM literally stole approx $450 of my cash when I was depositing on a Saturday one day.. luckily there was a teller there that actually witnessed this happen.. this happened on December 30th.. they asked how much the ATM took and honestly I wasn't sure.. I grabbed a bunch of cash to deposit without counting.. They did give me a $400 credit immediately.. the teller called customer service herself to help me out. I low balled the number that was jammed in the ATM Bc I didn't want to overestimate what was taken and one day they remove the credit without telling me. (This happened to me at TD bank when someone charged $900 from a petroleum station in Detroit.. I left TD Bc not only did they make me wait 5 days till the funds settled, I literally had to talk to their head honcho just to have a credit deposited into my account, told me that I could pay my bills, which I did, and two days later took the credit back and left me with a negative balance AND they charged me overdraft fees.. once that was situated, I left them to come to Chase, and now this SMH.. I get why people store their cash under their mattresses now) Fast forward three weeks later, MLK day and I called customer service.. they told me that their investigation was going to take 6 weeks and I should hear from them then.. I waited 7 weeks without an email or a phone call so I finally called yesterday (feb 20). The woman I spoke to told me I was supposed to have an email from feb 12 which didn't exist in my email, and she told me that after they concluded their investigation that the credit was made permanent... which is great but what about the rest of my money? She had no answer... whoops... maybe they were hoping I'd forget and they'd profit off my measly fee bucks? Well.. another investigation will now have to take place... this is now going to take 12 weeks total since this fiasco started.. this bank owes me approx $40 or so.. smh.. its not a lot but it'll pay for my dog's food for the week! My fault for depositing cash via the ATM.. figured I'd try something new since the drive thru was jammed with people and I was being too lazy to walk over to the actual teller.. and assumed that if their machines have these capabilities, they wouldn't muck up the job, but I was definitely wrong. That won't be happening again... ever...

They have closed most local ATM's/banks but the few that are in order specially Keyport Main Street are consistently out of money. Only available for deposits. I am seriously thinking about switching banks. Bank of America is famous for this as they only make money of FEES. So if there local ATM is out of money and you go to another bank, you are charged the ATM fee which is $3 or more. Then Bank of America hits you with a $2.50 charge for using a non Bank of America ATM. WOW!!!!!! Lastly, which is hilarious, They want to charge me a $10 fee to move MY MONEY from savings to checking. Now I understanding WHY their stock price is at $40.50, Chase Bank is at $157 and Wells Fargo is at $46,
