I used to go all the way to LA whenever I needed to use some of my valuables during emergencies. Valley Jewelry & Loan is local and by far the best pawn shop here in MoVal. Their prices even top LA. Not to mention, a few of the employees are so courteous, beginning with Mario. He is so kind and definitely gives you what your valuables are worth within their means. He always greets me with a smile and treats customers with respect. And Jessica is awesome as well. I believe she's the manager at this location, though I'm not sure if there are others. She's very nice and understanding. She recognizes that when customers walk through those doors, it's possible they're going through a difficult situation. From experience, I can honestly say these two are very professional, but they also have empathy for their customers, and that truly makes a difference.

Also, I once saw an item online that was at the hemet store and they were kind enough to bring it to the Perris store, the same day, for me to purchase. They pay for gold not gems or diamonds as many pawn shops do, no surprises there. I do find it weird that I have bought under $800 worth of jewelry and got free jewelry cleaner solution but I bought $2k worth of jewelry like last month and the lady at the counter wouldn't give me free jewelry cleaner solution :( - maybe that's up to the salesperson ? Idk what's up with that lol The jewelry cleaner solution has their logo on it and it leaves the jewelry so clean, fresh and sparkly!!! Pricing for jewelry and for fixes is always straightforward, never had issues with that. Anyways, Love the selection, variety of the pieces sold and the nice guys.
