Short version is I did business with them and accidentally left some items there that they have first did not want. They told me I can come back at any time I want and I have a proof through text of this. These people are also on OfferUp so I'm assuming that means they're not doing as well as expected so they try to find other cheap sites or social media to advertise. However, they did not tell me that I had a timeframe I had to be there to pick up the stuff otherwise they would either keep it or sell it. I didn't have time until recently to do it because I had family that was in the hospital and I was focused on other matters. Anyways, when I got there, they had sold the items after not wanting the items originally and gave me nothing for them. I only asked for only $10 for two Mexican dolls which makes to $5 per doll I asked the suppose son of the owner if I could get in contact with his dad, he refused and told me that he didn't want me to waste his dad's time or his. In a world where pawn shops treat you like garbage this place is like a breath of fresh air. I know…read moremost pawn shops in that area feel you're visiting someone in jail but this shop actually looks and feels like a retail store from its cleanliness to its organization. After getting low balled from a pawn shop down the street (they tried to give me $20 for a Nintendo switch) I decided to look elsewhere for a quote and stumbled across Market Street. Though my Nintendo switch was in good condition, it was only the base model and my worry was getting lowballed again but the employees there were flexible and worked with me according to my needs. In the beginning I was hesitant with many questions but Brian was very informal and outlined every word in the loan contract and made sure I was not confused. I explained everything I offered him an other $2k + on top of what was due I told him how important was that watch for me He new since the beginning belonged to my dad that passed away and I have many sentimental value He all rude said to me that watch wasn't there in his possession anymore he told me he SOLD IT RIGHT AWAY I felt so miserable I told him I will sue him then he all Sarcastically told me remember the paper you signed well you can't not do anything that watch it's mine . I turn around I went cry in my car felting horrible for letting my dad down with something he give me with all his love . I spoke to other pawnshops they told me their priorities are to work with the clientes specially in situations like mine and plus I even offered it top dollars on top and that He definitely wanted to keep that watch because he knew the Value and that he was wrong for doing that . Also, I once saw an item online that was at the hemet store and they were kind enough to bring it to the Perris store, the same day, for me to purchase. They pay for gold not gems or diamonds as many pawn shops do, no surprises there. I do find it weird that I have bought under $800 worth of jewelry and got free jewelry cleaner solution but I bought $2k worth of jewelry like last month and the lady at the counter wouldn't give me free jewelry cleaner solution :( - maybe that's up to the salesperson ? Idk what's up with that lol The jewelry cleaner solution has their logo on it and it leaves the jewelry so clean, fresh and sparkly!!!
