After being greeted by my first name (another rarity) I told the technician my son was out of the medication and needed more. She said no problem, then confirmed the dose and refilled the medication on the spot. It added maybe 5 minutes to the trip. I was in and out with the 4 medications in less than 10 minutes. I paid a fair price for my prescription was $0 because my insurance paid for all of because this pharmacy is in my preferred network. Finally they actually called me " Carl" which I rarely ever hear anymore. Most places just want your birth date. In the next few months they will be handling 90% of my pharmaceutical business.

I had to pay out of pocket but my new company will reimburse me. $70 for a physical and $35 for a TB skin test (excellent price). The lobby is very clean. Staff is efficient. I did not have an appointment and came as a walk-in and did not have to wait more than 20 minutes before being seen. Hours are 7:30am-6pm Monday-Friday. They have one doctor and some nurse practitioners/physician's assistants on staff so it runs smooth. Total time from beginning to end of visit (as a walk-in) was one hour. Not bad for a Friday and during lunch.

I hardly ever have to wait to get into see her the most wait time in the waiting room about 10 min. The staff has been great and the nicest. Ok to the treatment they checked my knee and my elbow out and told me what they thought was wrong they fax the papers over to the comp company that day and got me in to have an MRi on my knee and my elbow. With in two weeks i was in to see a specialist and all. I am still going to them they takecare of you big time.

However . . he prescribed me a weightloss drug and didn't prescribe the needles to go with it and this has been three days now calling the pharmacy and calling the staff at LWC to see if the needles can be prescribed. No luck so far. Very uncaring. I won't go back. Before I visited LWC I was warned not to go there because the office staff were unfriendly. I gave it a shot. Now after 2 more phone calls today I told the office staff I was going to find a new Dr. She said ok. Bye. This clinic does not care about its patients. They don't care if you're pleased or whether or not you can actually use the medication you be been prescribed. I'm sure they are quick to bill your insurance company though. I was told today if I want the needles for my medication I will have to make another appt with a different Dr. So I'm responsible to pay for another visit when the issue was not my fault. Apparently my prescribing Dr won't be back in the office for 4 more days. Very unprofessional.
