Gina has impecable taste in patio design, waterline tile, marker tile and plaster choices. Albert is quite possibly the hardest worker I've ever seen. He is always on the job site and is the first to correct any minor issues. His entire team busted their butts to start our pool in the dead of winter (even out here in snow) to get us swimming in April. After having poor experiences with some of their competitors, I've been very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail while still offering competitive prices. I appreciate their work order reports and the very detailed pictures that they include. I also wanted to call out two of their employees, specifically -- Nahum and Miguel. This year, due to all of the snow, our pool cover caved in and the pool cover pump accidentally pumped out most of the pool water before we discovered it. That, coupled with lots of leaves in the pool, made for a much more difficult opening this year. Nevertheless, Nahum and Miguel went the extra mile to get the pool to open very clean and clear. They spent extra time but did so with a very positive, helpful attitude that I appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

They forgot to come this week (first time they have missed in a year) and we cant get a response. I think the company would be "perfect" if they communicated better. It is frustrating to feel ignored. Update: February 2016, they installed a chlorinator last fall and haven't billed us. We have reminded them twice. I don't get these guys. They provide good, mostly reliable service and our pool is clean, they just can't manage customer service? Somewhat sad.
