Our pool was opened early may by a separate company and upon opening they discovered the pump was broken. That company offered to come back at the end of June to fix it. Where do I begin? I have been through many different pool service companies till now over the past 10+ years. We have a complicated pool that has had a lot of issues in the past. We have worked with our previous companies and none of them could ever handle taking care of the pool to make it usable or to address the service issues, including a leak. I do not recommend this company. They make false promises, do not communicate and have caused considerable damage and repairs to our pool. We have replaced two pumps, our main valve and have a damaged pool filter all in less than a year. They opened our pool this year and have damaged the pump again. It is so loud that the neighbors are complaining. We thought they were a decent company but we have paid over $2000 in repairs and now have a damaged pump and a dirty pool we cannot use without additional repairs that are probably in the thousands of dollars. read more

I recently started with Dolphin after getting subpar service with my former pool service of 6 years. I love Dolphin. They're very communicative in person and via emails. When they say that they're coming, they're there. All of the service people explain and demonstrate, and my pool looks sparkling. Even with the extreme heat and recent rains, if the pool ends up cloudy for a day or so, they quickly remedy that back to sparkling. I'm happy. read more

I have been with another service for the past few years had them installed a brand new heater and within the year it was having issues. They replaced a bunch of things and couldn't get it to work properly. It would just turned off and on every 6 minutes. They could never get it fixed. I ultimately looked around yelp and found Dolphin to have a great reviews. Had them come out today. Mark was very knowledgeable and courteous. Do not use! We gave them a chance to improve their Communication, customer service and MOST IMPORTANT their lack of concern for the customer who is paying them for a service. We gave them over a year to improve, so all of you who gave good reviews I hope you feel the same in a year. There was always something they found that supposedly needed to be repaired and this started with them closing the pool last fall and opening it this spring. ALL of this we have addressed this whole year and they never took any of our concerns serious, I guess not important to them! They had all customer phone numbers and email addresses so no excuse for their poor their poor communication and lack of customer service! This company cares about its customers. So much that they will bend over backwards and follow up and address any concern you have promptly with the best available price. Roman is the owner and he deals directly with the customers. He follows up and is very bright and has tons of experience in this field. Not to mention a cool accent. He was the previous servicer on our pool for the people we bought the house from. I called him and he came by with no service fee or any obligation and showed me how to run my system what backwashing was and what the different valves do. He did this personally and didn't send a tech to do it. I thought this was really important and it showed he cares. Our pool was cold. It had no heater. We had a meeting and he gave me some options and what was going to be best and easiest. We didn't have gas at the house so they was out of question. The pool was outdoors so electrical heating was not as recommended. We landed on a propane heater. I got propane installed and his guys came out and installed the heater and just like that, easy as pie, we had a heated pool. Call Roman at 5712950069 give him a chance to service your pool, install your heater, winterize your pool, fix a leak, change your skimmer. He did all these things and more for our pool. A tree fell on one of our skimmers and Dolphin Pools came out right away to give us an estimate that even made the insurance company smile! We choose them to replace the skimmer based on, not only the price, but the great reviews they had. They replaced the skimmer and did a pressure test. They found that the tree had pushed the skimmer down hard enough to make two more breaks in the pipe. Dan the owner came out personally to explain what they needed to do. They quickly located the leaks and fixed them. Their technicians were friendly and skilled. They did an amazing job! They closely matched the existing concrete and made it look like it the original!
