I used them at my last company and we ended up switching because he couldn't get it right. Years have passed, and I decided to give them another shot. I ordered 19 dozen hats and 17 were incorrect. Looks like the jokes on me. At first he tried to blame it on me, but in the end he at least owned up to his mistake. The remedy was to credit me on each of the hats that were wrong or redo the stitching. Redo the stitching? Come in. Because we had such a large credit, I decided to order a couple more items from them and he told me with confidence, they could be done (stickers). These items were ordered over 2 1/2 months ago, and I still have not received the total amount. I've been by there numerous times with him telling me they will be done in a day or two and that they would give me a call. I've let weeks go by and popped in to have him lie over and over to my face. I've gotten to the point where I don't even want to talk to this guy, and I feel like he gets my drift so he's taking it upon himself to drop stuff off at my office and start lying to the ladies that are in there. It is unbelievable that anybody that owns a business would let somebody like this work for them for this many years. I can't imagine that I'm the only persons order that he screws up. Maybe he's good at coloring shirts but he needs to stay AWAY from customers. It's unfortunate because the work is good but the BAD C S trumps anything they can do right. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service was not great. I initially texted over my plans and worked with K From the beginning, I felt the interaction was pretty passive aggressive and not very welcoming. I also had someone with me during the interaction who noticed the same thing, so it wasn't just my perception. Then I received an email quote for $289 for each of my pieces, which didn't seem right based on the different sizes and what I had originally requested. I called to get clarification and was connected with Marcella, who was much more helpful. She was able to explain the pricing and get me the information I actually needed. At that point, though, the first experience had already left a bad impression. When you're spending money on something, you want to feel like you're being treated fairly and that you can trust the person you're doing business with. Getting a quote that didn't seem to match what I was asking for made me uncomfortable moving forward. I ended up going with another company, even though it cost me about $100 more, simply because I felt more comfortable doing business with them. I'm giving two stars instead of one because I never actually received the finished products, so I can't fairly judge the quality of their work. They may do great work and their pricing may be competitive. My review is strictly based on my customer service and quoting experience. I really wanted to keep the business local, but unfortunately the experience wasn't good enough for me to continue.
