They gave me a 100% parts and labor guarantee. We immediately began having problems with the air not cooling enough. Carl (one of the Smith brothers) told me that, "It's just Georgia; they don't really cool too well." He then checked the unit, told us that it came from the factory with too much freon, and drained some off. A week or so later, he was back, installing another drop and vent in the hallway to aid in the cooling. Keep in mind, the old unit always cooled the house completely (when it worked!). Nothing he did was sufficient. I finally had to call another company, who instantly saw that the fan blower setting was too high, moving the air too fast across the cooling coils, and not allowing it to get down to the right temperature. Oh, and they had to add all the freon back in the system, at a cost to me of $375. When I asked (very reasonably) for Smith Brothers to make good on the money, they stopped responding to me. Don't let these guys into your house!

Necessary with the humidity and heat wave we are in. Our repairman Fate was professional and did quality work. Serviced the entire air conditioning and fixed all that he found wrong! He was efficient and did not try to add additional costs onto the repair. Having someone wear protective footwear and gloves to not leave fingerprints on the walls was a small gesture that goes a long way. We will use them again and will be doing a regular maintenance plan with them.

From the start, Zuriel, the business owner, represented the business as licensed and bonded, so we trusted them in our time of desperation. We soon regretted our decision to hire them, as the team he assigned to our properties caused over $10,000 worth of damage (to the Sprinkler System, Fence, Gate, Sidewalk, Driveway, and Concrete Pad) and failed to complete the work they did do. This resulted in our needing to hire a second tree service to complete his work. In addition, his team failed to clean up after themselves, but he still wanted to claim the insurance payout for cleanup. When we requested the bonding information from the company, they refused to provide it to us and have still not fixed the issues they caused, to this day.
