Wow! Our furnace heat went out in the middle of night on a…read moreweekend & the temperature dropped ! So I made a phone call to EnergyWise Heating and A/C Monday morning and he told me they were booked up until Thursday and will try to work it in the calendar for end of that Monday before he go home , & Bam!! He showed up diagnosed a circuit board not responding as it should , did a little more checking to make sure that was the problem & put an order in for availability & got it ordered . Xcode Meanwhile the temperature has been kinda cold , but he kept us updated tracking it , when he got the part arrived he text me to installing it on Saturday and all is well ! Working Great and they really went out their way to help us get that house warm again ! Thank you EnergyWise Heating and A/C ! I used Jackson for many years, on a recent call out they came quickly…read more said it was the fan motor, over for $1200 (for a fan motor), took two weeks to get. replaced the fan motor, then said it was the fan speed controller board, not to worry it was only about $40, never found the speed controller board, but after a week and a half they came out and by passed the fan speed controller board. Still did not work, then he found the unit (heat pump) was low on Freon. recharged unit now seems to be working. I am wondering if all that was ever wrong with the system was low Freon to start with. I have lost confidence.

I found Reliable online and they had a call out fee of $89, which I know is basically my personal penalty for not knowing anything about plumbing. I set up an appointment for Saturday afternoon, knowing that I would be home. I received a courtesy call from Joe when he was on his way over. Joe was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me understand the problem. He was in and out of my home in less than 15 minutes, and I kind of learned how to address these types of issues in the future so I am very grateful. Thank you to Joe for making my problems go away quickly. Now I can address them since I was able to learn why my drain was bad, and not keep tossing drain cleaner down and wasting money. It stopped cooling on Thursday and after calling the earliest they could come was the following Wednesday. I waited through my noon-4 window and heard nothing. I sent a text to the scheduling line, and was told there was a scheduling issue that caused them to miss my appointment. Would have been good to know before I waited around for 4 hours. The worst part is the reschedule date I was given was the following Monday or Tuesday. Almost two weeks after my air went out. Think twice before getting locked into their comfort as a service program. My office area is far from comfortable today and their service is non existent.
