The freezer had parts missing from under the unit. There was no way to see until we got it home. 68 had to have seen the duck tape and missing parts as they moved the unit around. On top of it, we were charged twice for the freezer and had to contact the bank to get the charges reversed. We had a repairmen out to fix the freezer and he asked us where we purchased it. When we told him 68 he informed us that this is a common practice. It was also not the first time he had heard of customers being double charged. Learn from our poor investment!
