The jackhammer's lock that holds the bit in place was broken. The bits were dull and only about 10 inches long. One of the hoses had a coupling gasket missing so the hose wouldn't hold air. All I did was drive back and forth to replace parts. I had 4 men on the job site and must have lost at least 16 man hours to lost time. When I finally returned everything I thought I would receive some kind of discount. Forget that, they didn't care about all the problems I had. We decided to explore options for an electric jackhammer. We reached out to the big box retailers which did not feel very accommodating or customer service oriented. They expected us to know what a small, medium or large jackhammer was. We also reached out to All Star Rents. They were very accommodating and explained the different options as well as how the rental process works. We rented a 60lb electric jackhammer for a 24 hour period and it was only a few dollars more than the big box retailers. The electric jackhammer enabled us to complete the digging work much faster and was far less strenuous. It was amazing to see the job done so quickly. The return process was also very easy. They even helped me unload it from our trailer. We would recommend All Star Rents!
