As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Employees are driving around often checking on things. They have dumpsters for trash, water for your tanks, a dump station, air compressors for your tires and a pressure washer to wash your RV all free if you are a paying customer. For starters, StorQuest customer service at all levels is excellent. Whether the representatives on the phone and/or in person in the location office, service is friendly, helpful, and professional. There are other reviews online that say when referring to the onsite manager, "Jen is the best!" I can assure you, she is. That also is a big reason why this StorQuest location should be your first choice. For example, since we had a large truck full of belongings from an out of state move, we booked a 10 x 25 climate-controlled unit. Thanks to great customer service, we were able to get a unit very close to an exit door where we were able to load and unload without too much of a walk. Jen even explained which way to park the truck to not have to unload in front of the direct hot sun. During the storage period, we did automatic billing and were able to time it as to move out at the end of a billing cycle. Jen was very helpful in explaining how best to end our month-to-month contract. Overall, this storage location has what you need: newer facilities, great customer service, and a friendly and professional onsite manager. Book it.
