I decided to get a bigger unit once I got there and Greg made everything so easy. He is so kind, very funny and personable. The storage spaces are big, clean and very secure. There is easy access to locked sliding doors, carts to move belongings and elevators if you are on the upper floors. They also have moving supplies in the lobby if needed for purchase. They are open every day for access aside from major holidays and they have auto pay options. Thanks Greg!

My wife and I went to this location, to talk with someone in the office about sizes of storage…read moreunits and costs. Neither of us had any experience with storage units nor their costs. I, personally, was really looking and hoping to just get someone that was friendly, understandable, and yet professional. Unfortunately, the receiption was received immediately had us decide, this is not the place. We walked in, it was empty, and the woman sitting at a desk wasn't on the phone or anyone. However, she just looked so annoyed that we were there. We kept our questions very brief and did receive answers and basic costs. Hoowever, it was the attitude that just had us stop there and leave. As soon as we got outside of the building, we both looked at each other and said "Dang she had attitude, we'll go somewhere else..." My suggestions continue to Rightway Storage on 83rd and lakepleasant. The woman that works there is amazingly friendly and made us feel like family. Its not a new facility like this one, but this place makes you feel like family.
