******DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!!!****** This is the absolute worst place to store your things!!! The Employee is a heavyset man that is exceptionally respectful and helpful. However the manager is the worst B!+(# to have to deal with!! She has a god complex and doesn't have the faintest idea how to efficiently and effectively run a storage let alone operate the computer. As if that wasnt enough my unit got broken into and she couldnt be bothered to help myself and another gentlemen, whos unit was also broken into. She was too busy for that kind of thing. "Thats not my job!", was her exact statement when I asked to get camera footage for the Police report that needed to be filed in order to have the insurance pay the claim. So she proceeded to get the Employee to help us. Her demeanor was so ridiculous that it made the other tenant and myself believe that she had something to do with the theft. When I tried to talk to her about the theft, that wasnt a conversation that she wanted to have. She said to talk to some one who cares like the police, its their job to deal with things like this. When I asked her if she just stated that my theft didnt matter, she backtracked and said that what she meant was that it was the police job to handle it not hers. When I left the storage with what was left of my things, she had a smug look of relief that it was over and she wouldnt have to deal with me anymore. ******DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!!!****** read more

This place is so Unprofessional and disrespectful. Also goes by Carefree Crossings likely to disguise their horrible reputation. I was renting a 30 foot space for my motorhome, and they promised electric would be available for trickle chargers and the such. All electric outlets were being completely used if not overused in a dangerous way. Also, my insurance on my motorhome was about to expire which I have set for auto renew and they claimed to notify me they needed a new one 30 days ahead of time, but they never did. Then one week after it supposedly was expired. I received an email on a Sunday morning while I am in Mexico that it needs to be provided immediately or they will be locking me out of my access to my storage area or storage space for my motorhome. If they had any decency, they would've made a quick phone call and said, do you know that your insurance has expired and we need your latest evidence of active policy. That would've been quite simple. However, they chose to threaten to lock me out of my space that that was paid up fully a month in advance. I would not advise doing business with this shady company. read more

Just joined this past month and I couldn't be happier so far. Service has been fantastic and the facility is beautiful. Everything is so new and extremely clean. Reading some of these reviews I feel like people are upset because they didn't actually read there contract and when they go to cancel there's not following the rules that are chart stated in the contract you sign. I would definitely recommend this place. Easy access, great customer service, and super clean. read more

I have stored an RV here for several months while I am renovating it. The price is fair, the facilities clean and the staff pleasant, responsive and accommodating. The access hours (6am - 9pm) are perfect for my needs. I highly recommend AZ Storage Inns. read more

Great experience! I was in need of a place to park my RV and found AZ Storage Inn tucked away on a quiet corner off Carefree Hwy. The manager, Delilah, was very helpful on my first visit and even though they had nothing at the time, she called me within week or so to advise that a space was available. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Couldn't ask for a better location for our RV. Thanks for the help! read more

Came by here looking for covered storage for a RV. Nothing was available at that time, looked around at facility and was told they even had a RV dump on site which makes it even better, staff was friendly and helpful, but that's the end of the good. Finally secured a spot and while signing papers, noticed a sign on wall offering a 10% discount for veterans. I inquired, being a veteran and was told that due to the high demand of the spaces that it does not apply? I even offered to pay 6 mo in advance for the discount that I didn't need too do. I guess you can pick and choose when to be a veteran? After signing and agreeing to the 400+/mo rental I went to see space and dump site, only to find out that even paying customers have to pay extra to dump where you rent a space from? seems the lack of customer appreciation is lacking tremendously here for 400+/ month you'd like to think you could Atleast dump? If it wasn't for the convenience of this location I'd be somewhere else. 1 star only for the location read more

If I could rate this a minus 10, I would! Sadly, we had an incredibly awful experience with this storage facility. We followed the rules and gave them a 10 day notice to terminate on the 31st. We had already found another facility and proceeded to move our items. The manager even watched us move! We were never told we had to stay the entire next month! If we had, we would not have moved out early now paying twice for storage! And do not sign up for automatic payments. You will never get your money back!!! We have rented several storage units over the years and this was, by far, the worst customer service ever. Don't do it! There are several other facilities out there. read more

Still a negative 10 here...adding to my earlier terrible review not only were we not able to leave the facility by vehicle because of the gate lock issue and the refusal by the so called property manager to manually open the gate for us, the pedestrian gate that you should be able to walk out of from inside the facility has a huge red lock on it so you cannot even walk out. Huge safety concerns here. Be careful if you choose to do business here. read more

I truly don't see how this location can get 5 stars. I'd give less than one if I could. We were promised an oversized "uncovered" space 4 times. Every time we followed up on it, we were told it's ours and if one comes open sooner, we were first on the list. We checked back another date and were told the space we wanted opening up and was given away because our paperwork wasn't in! We were never told paperwork had to be ahead of time, or it would have been there. We went in person several times to confirm exactly what we needed and was assured by Maggie we were up next "this time" for oversized uncovered. Paperwork was in now just in case something did open before our confirmed date. We went to check on it again and pay in advance and Maggie told us we NEVER had that type of space reserved, but COVERED and smaller. Where the hell did they get that info, after all our calls and in-person visits confirming oversized and UNCOVERED! I have NO IDEA how this location can make it, based on the horrible customer service we received. Corporate seriously has to follow up on this location and do some more training! read more
