I asked since when that was the policy, because I know that isn't true, and she claimed it was "company policy." I asked her to call the manager, and she said he was out at dinner with his family. She then called someone else, but that person was no help either. Instead of answering my questions or explaining the policy, they couldn't handle being questioned and the guy on the phone actually said to call security. I've purchased several pairs of sunglasses from this store in the past, but I will not be spending another dime here. I walked around the corner to Cohen's, and they adjusted my glasses with no questions asked. That's what real customer service looks like.

I'm in a Sunglass Hut, not a Walmart, but by no means an expensive store. I felt it was an unnecessary comment, judgy in fact. We were on a road trip all day and we're dressed comfortably. It shouldn't matter what we wear, our wealth isn't defined by our dress. This mall isn't high-end so maybe they have problems with theft, but if my son broke the pair it wouldn't be an isssue for us to buy it. I might've bought a new pair but the comment cost the store a larger sale/additional item sold.

Doctor Fuchs was great with my son, and Ronaldo was helpful with our glasses selection. My son can get nervous in clinical settings but he had a great time, and is looking forward to getting his new glasses. Fair warning - if you're like me and you haven't bought glasses recently - they ain't cheap. Prepare yourself bc insurance only reduces your bill by $100. The rest is out of pocket.

Joe is truly amazing and the reason I still keep coming here and I always refer friends and relatives. First, their prices are exceptional, for example, you buy one frame and lens and you'll get a second frame and lens for free, which you can use for home or as a sunglass (just need to pay for the darkening of the lens, which is about $30). The doctor here truly knows his stuff as he has tons of experience. His exams are very quick and you would think, did he check everything right? But trust me, when you wear your updated glasses, you will see that they are absolutely perfect. He even told me the first time I had my exam there, the bifocal/progressive lens is really not needed for my eyes and is just a waste of money. The previous place I went to, they said I needed them, in addition, my prescription barely changed and really didn't need to spend so much money on new lens along with bifocal/progressive lens (and he was right!). Imagine that, a business that says, you don't need to spend more money! Joe is a true model of what outstanding customer service is, and Chris who is a younger guy, I'm assuming was trained by Joe, so he is also outstanding. From the initial steps in searching for a frame to picking up your new eye wear is nothing short of exceptional, they don't pressure you into buying anything at all. They are truly in the best interest of their customers, especially in finding a frame that fits and looks great on you. I called the same day for an appointment and they were able to fit me in. No wait! As I entered both Ladies were welcoming and briefed me with my insurances.(which I loved, I never know which insures covers what) Social distance was a priority. Everything was clean and welcoming. The doctor was able to see me right away, I literally spent no more than 45 min with exam. She was extremely nice, easy to speak to, (some doctors get right to the point and brief) she was very thorough, explained the exams and completed the different eye tests! She took her time where I didn't feel like I was a number or a patient entering a revolving door! I inquired about colored contacts she even provided me with samples of different colored contacts!
