So i decided to show up to this place that was just around the corner from my house and ask if the could service it. As soon as i walked in i was greeted and i have over 15yrs of customer service experience so i always judge a place by the way they interact with me. The service was great asked me about my problems and what i wanted done. They explained everything in detail and were very open about the cost and length of time A+ . They did a full vehicle inspection and pointed out all my current vehicle problems and a detailed explanation which is a major plus in my book including pictures A++. My truck needed freon recovery since a different shop put in the wrong freon (explains my reasoning behind my over 2yr wait). Mannnn they got my a/c working by close of business and it is pumping JUICE!!!!!!! My truck was dropped off at 8 am by 4:40 i got a text that it was done. Mannnnnn i am so glad i trusted Chuy and his team to take care of my truck. I am definitely bringing it back so they can take care of my brakes.

Yelp removed my comment for lack of detail (at the behest of this individual)... so here we go…read moreagain. I had no issue with paying a fee for Eric to look at my son's car.. that is customary and expected. What is not acceptable is that he showed up, completely misdiagnosed the issue after a few minutes, collected his fee and left. He said it would take a few days but took no effort to follow up, whatsoever. He blamed my son for not continuing to call him... we fixed the issue ourselves. Meanwhile, this person took umbrage with the negative review and became aggressive with his responses and texts to my son. I'm shocked that yelp allows legitimate negative reviews to be removed... this should be a "mobile battery charger" service and not a mechanic.
