I have to give this bank it's well earned 5 stars!!!!! The staff greet my mother by her by her last and they know her. They are polite, patient and always ready to assist. She and I have always had a good experience here and continue to be loyal customers. I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who welcomed and chatted my my mom today as he's always friendly. They have 2-3 tellers available to assist and the ATM machine that one can get $1, $5, $20 and $100's. It's not a huge establishment but it's quintessential for ones banking needs. read more

after waiting a week for my appointment i showed up early 10mins before my appointment, my banker was working as a teller said she will be right with me. she got done with that. ya timer and told me she's going to help a customer with her account (something quick to do)i waited another 5 minutes then she helped me. we started the process to open my account she got what seemed a red flag and just told me she couldn't help me. i explained to her i had called the 800# and it's cleared there's no reason I shouldn't be able to bank with them. i asked her if she can call she said no. and seemed rushed as the line was growing for the tellers and they only had one cashier. she didn't give me the 800# i had to ask for it. she said she couldn't see why it didn't let her open my account. called the 800# and not one but three representatives told me all she had to do was call to get the overrride. and she knew exactly why it wasn't letting her finish opening my account. called and spoke to adriana last tuesday 1/25/22 she said manager will call me to clear this up and still hasn't. by far the worst expierence i've had. banker was stephanie martinez. read more

I walked in 20 minutes after opening asking to open a bank account and before checking a schedule, the teller told me they were booked and I could just open an account online. There was a total of 3 customers in the store when I was inside. The teller never offered to check with his manager to see if he could quickly open an account. read more

Convienet location, plenty of parking, two outdoor ATM's which is great. The staff is friendly and you hardly see anyone employees just standing around. They always have plenty of windows open so it makes your visit quick and pleasant. read more

Not happy used to be able to pay my chase credit card at the drive through now I have to go and either get a cashiers check or money order cash won't be accepted wtf?!? That is so stupid of chase to do that! The staff is always nice and the lines move fairly fast read more

I opened a new checking account, I was told by Richard I would receive the $300 incentive after my first deposit. BS, long story short he entered the promotion code incorrectly & told me that I would not receive the incentive because he made a mistake. " I apologize, if you need help closing your accounts let me know" WTF! I filed a complaint with Chase 4 days ago, I was told I would receive a call back within 24-48 hours. This is the best Chase I have ever been to. I was helped my a young gentleman by the name of Shaun Pedroncelli. He was so welcoming, very attentive to my needs and made sure I got everything completed that I needed. Chase is so lucky to have a employee like Shaun that goes above and beyond for his customers. Yesterday I went to the tulare branch and open we account with Laura dimmer. I had the best experience ever, she was so nice and was very professional. She didn't make me feel like it was strictly business she was making sure my needs were being met . When you can talk to someone on how there day is it makes customer feel like they exist and they truly care , she was so helpful and knowledgeable that I highly recommend this bank and her as a banker . I am happy I switch banks they made alot more convenient for me plus offered things other banks were . There should be more bankers like Laura in branches . We just happen to drop by the neighborhood as I was heading up to Fresno with my hubby. We had to just make a quick transaction at the bank. We were graciously greeted and helped by Shaun Pedroncelli. He was very pleasant, professional, and efficient. He answered all the questions with had and even provided some extra advice for our future banking services with Chase. Shaun definitely impressed us with his great customer service. I've been banking with Chase (Wamu) for so many years, but today, i experienced the worst Customer Service ever. This is the first time i visited this branch. The teller name is JoAnn #004. She had such a bad attitude and demeanor. I withdrew money and she said she did not have an envelop for me. I told her i didn't carry my handbag with me and did not want to walk out of the bank with the money being visible to everyone in my hand. It's not safe and asked her to give me just anything to cover the money. She then gave me a very small envelop with did not even fit all the money that i withdrew. I overheard her colleague told her about the Chase pouch & she said "No, not that one". I was like OMG ... not like i wanted an envelop from you. You can at least give me a piece of paper or something to wrap the money up. I constantly throw away so many from those bills that sent to me monthly. You're a Bank and you don't even have an envelop for your customer. I will never come back to this location again. The ones on Goshen and Mooney are way better than this one. People there are super nice, delightful, helpful and actually appreciate my business.
