The person on the phone was quite rude and did not offer any solutions. Instead she just said "we're closed, go to a bigger city". You'd think they would want your business and for a Saturday morning you'd also think they would be open and happy to help but guess not. I had to wait til I got to Des Moines to be helped by a kind mechanic who was able to get me in first thing in the morning. It was in the back bc I put it there. I bought two tires and rotated the other two. They were the only ones to handle all 4 of my tires. I even verified this with someone that saw it when I took the flat tire off to get it fixed. Before I left I asked where the others were and they said they were never there. Tried to gaslight and tell me they were never there to begin with. Not true at all. They were there when I pulled in. Not the first time I had issues. My car sat in the parking lot there bc it took them 3 months to tell me that they couldn't change and program a sensor in the steering wheel. When I called to ask, I was told they were working on it. Theres some crooked stuff going on there. They are going to try to pull anything they can get away with on a woman as well. I noticed right away before I left and they still denied everything saying I probably had them in my tack room or at home. They are over there somewher. Absolutely will never go there again. Should have never given them a second chance.

Town and Country was my third call as the other places were booked, but Cody was very helpful on the phone and siad it could be a number of things, but most likely a battery. He also said he'd get me right in as I said I had the family with me and we were looking forward to skiing. Cody had one of his mechanics look at it within 10 minutes of us showing up. They tested the batter, alternator, cables, etc. He said one of the cables was lose and everything else checked out. He had his mechanics take not one, but two short test drives to ensure it wasn't anything more, then said nothing needed to be done. I asked how much do I owe you? Cody said nothing, we didn't do anythin. I said, yes you did... you're guy has been working on it and test driving it for 30 minutes, I owe you. He refused payment. I couldn't believe it! I was blown away, not only did he save my skiing trip, but didn't want any money for helping. These guys are awesome! If I ever have car trouble again while traveling through Nebraska, these guys are my 'go to' place. Thank you so much Cody and team!

Due to the weather conditions he asked me to call some tire centers in the Sidney area. I called on Nebraska Tire and explained the situation to Russ. I have to say that customer service was top notch!!! When my husband got there they got him right in and before he knew it he was back on the round in less than a hour! Russ really took care of him and even threw in better windshield wipers than he had on his vehicle due to the weather that he was getting into. I've never met Russ but he treated me with respect and took care of my hubby. Thank you for going over and beyond today! We appreciate you!!!

I have been going to a dealership for my oil changes for the last 40k miles. Today, this crew presented my cabin and engine air filter to me - they were disgusting! For only having 7k (I use synthetic oil) since my last oil change, I could not believe how filthy these were. It's made a discovery'. They offer cinnamon sticky rolls here for real. It's the real deal too. It's a true Cinnabun! Can you imagine a warm welcoming cinnamon roll that's freshly made with all the bells and whistles. Come to think, did I share that it's warm too. Oh my let's have a bite of it too. That fork penetrates and you get that taste. It's so delicious. How long has it been since I've have had a real cinnamon roll! Can you please tell that I'm starving and this warm cinnamon rolls that has caramel all over the top of it was my blessing in disguise . Aside from the cinnamon rolls this little stop is well lit and seems safe. The rest rooms are on the upper floors and way in the back of the store. The store is organized particularly nice. This is a place where they won't accept your card at the pump but still charge your account $160+ dollars resulting in a fraud call from your bank when you stop 50 miles down the road to fill up your car. That call shuts your card down as you are trying to get to another state because of a death in the family. I will be contacting Pilot when I get to my destination in a few hours.

I show up almost an hour later. I don't even know if my tires have been rotated and now they're telling me that the supposed to be put aren't even there even know when they're gonna show them. The old guy in the office tells me I wasn't here yesterday and walks away. The only reason they have two stars when I bought truck tires it actually went fairly smooth this time.
