I thought it was nice at first, sort of, they're very small rooms. But it's depressing beyond…read moremeasure. I'm constantly afraid I'm going to get locked out of my room or the building with the key cards they give you. They'll charge you a lockout fee of $100, make sure to always bring your phone with you if you go outside because there is no after hours help on the premises. I notice that some of the windows open all the way and some don't, it sucks if you can't open your window, especially to air out your room after you cook. The elevators are constantly breaking down, people have actually been stuck in them! The whole place is enclosed so you smell whatever is going around, food being made, candles, air fresheners, sweat, dogs, you name it. The minute I walk into the hallway I'm hit with horrible toxic smells. My upstairs neighbor stomps around all hours, not much I can do about it so I just deal with it. It's incredibly annoying. The tv is always cutting out, the washers get broken. The "pet area" is a joke, it's a little patch of dirt they want your dogs to go on, and the fields around the property are full of weeds, stickers and rattlesnakes. You don't want them going into them. There's really nowhere to walk them. You have to leave the property if you care about your animals getting any decent outside time. It's really not very pet friendly. And there is a family living in their car in the parking lot, I don't know why that's allowed, I avoid going around that side of the parking lot because I don't like being harassed by them. Honestly, it's ok for short stays, but anything longer and you're paying too much. They do 4 week leases, which means in a year you've paid 13 months, not 12. It's more expensive than they make it out to be. If you have a pet they charge you a pet rent, per animal, which is to be expected, but they also charge you a pet fee on top of that, $150, every month! Plus a processing fee, $50 for paying your rent. My $1325 rent turned into $1625 a month! Plus the fact you can't receive mail there means you have to rent a PO Box, minimum $200 a year, another expense. Honestly, if you need a very short term rental this is the easiest one to find, but anything longer and you'd be better off getting an apartment. It would be much cheaper in the long run with way more room. I'm desperately on the lookout for a better short term option. Think long and hard before you choose this place...

This includes your fur friends, from a dog park, dog spa, to even inviting in your pets (we all know that finding places to rent with pets can be almost impossible). To unite the community there are many ways to connect with your neighbors and even the team. From invited to the office for snacks, to full events that bring everyone together. Any time my husband and I needed anything fixed, it was handled within a reasonable time with the current team present. Austin will greet you with kindness and a smile. Keisha, I thought for the longest time was the actual property manager, she is quick to return any of your calls. She is patient even when it is hard to be. Jasmine is efficient and dedicated to the success of Parke Place. They maintain quality and care for all residents. They abide by your lease agreement and quick to resolve any issues. if you are looking for a place that creates the sense of community and care, Parke is the place for you!

Honest review after living there for almost 3 years. This is for unit 107 specifically. When we…read moremoved in things seemed great. Loved the staff and quiet complex. First monsoon to hit: roof leaked. The initial repair was from the inside. They patched the ceiling. I thought that was odd but only cared about possible mold so I asked for them to do an inspection. Was told no. That was on me. Because this is truly the only complex that allows 3 dogs I wanted to make it work there. I can't remember if the roof leaked again that first year but for sure it did the 2nd year I lived there. Same place. So I was told they fixed the roof where the leak was. I thought this was finally going to solve the problem. Third year: another leak. Same place. The 2nd major issue we had was our dogs started having seizures around the 2nd year we lived there. Our vet advised us to watch out for any pesticide sprays in our area and so we started noticing a trend. They spray every week, twice a week. It may not have been directly at our complex at times but they spray everywhere. On the rocks, outside the complex. All over. The seizures were also happening when the spraying was happening so this was our final straw to leave. Because we signed another lease we had to terminate it early and now being charged 8k to do so. Even though we kept our end of the bargain as tenants:paid early every. single.month. Never an issue. When you have to leave due to health reasons OR health and safety of the complex it should be taken into consideration and allow for the termination fee to be waived. I will give a positive about the complex: working with Angel (the manager) was pleasant. He genuinely seemed to care about our situation and even though his hands were tied, he said he understood our worries. If you want to understand why we would stay for so long: you believe what they tell you. That the roof is fixed each time or that the spray is "pet friendly" because you want to make it work. I will also say that we never had issues with our neighbors. It's a super quiet complex. Side note: moving away: dogs have had no seizures! ***we will never know the true cause of our dogs seizures but you have to start with process of elimination and removing possible triggers. Trust your instincts.

They are still under construction, so you have a lot of noise, which should be noted. The management is not experienced and have no idea about what they are doing. The first round of management has come and gone, but how they operate this place continues to be a huge factor. The grounds have a nice feel to them, relaxing, but I was hassled the moment I arrived. They had their incompetence maintenance man Mike continually following and irritating me to the point of instilling anger towards management. They hired another guy, who was worse...he is gone. The people of the community are cold and disengaged. I wondered why these apartments were not occupied? Several reasons to be sure. As soon as I moved in the plants and trees around MY apartment began to die...just mine, and were not replaced. I need 2 total knee replacements which they were made aware of, so they moved my parking stall further from my front door. As another person who had a negative experience of this place (the other review) mentioned, they sick their attorney on you for something management could take care of. To be honest, they are cowards who sit in the office and do paperwork. They accused me of something that they lied about and had this attorney force me out, but were so so kind not to formally evict me! I am a 70 year old crippled man, what the hell can I do? If you go against the grain just a bit, they will evict you. Liars, who charge a huge amount for rent, but give you very little. Not much in the gym, and I didn't use the pool or hot tube, which few used. This apartment complex is full of people who deserve it. I am not one of them. Like the other review, maintenance is bad, they stalk you, isolate you and give you a hard time. Stay away and look elsewhere. I do hope I get my deposit back. They owe me.
