This is the most responsive, concerned and professional medical office that I have experienced…read moresince moving to New York two years. Not only is the main medical practitioner, Harinder Singh, a great listener and doctor, but the support staff is incredibly friendly and take their patients and their concerns seriously. There are somevbad reviews on this page but I would note that those were from years ago, with a different doctor. The current staff cannot be recommended highly enough. My medical needs are complicated and frustrating, but they are helping me get through this and get better!

The rest of the staff was also great. Relatively new to the area I sought out a family practitioner and called for an appointment for my annual physical. I saw the nurse practitioner, not the doctor and was given only the most cursory of exams--height, weight and blood pressure pretty much covered it. Sometime later I received a postcard reminding me that, as a 50 year old, a colonoscopy would be prudent, so I called and was given an appointment. When I came down I finally met Dr. Foote and was given a physical. On completion I was given a phone number to call to schedule my colonoscope .So I call for a physical, don't get a physical, call for a scope, get a physical instead. When I called him out on it, Dr. Foote agreed that the Thompson Medical marketing department was in the wrong.

it is extremely hard to get your test results back from this place it takes you weeks of calling…read morethen you end up getting them in the mail with a letter saying they were unable to contact you. which you have been home waiting for their call plus gave them different numbers to contact and gave them permission to leave message on answer machine. plus you have to be willing to wait at least an hour to see a doctor. would love to find another doctor but have had no luck yet. when i do i will be gone!!!
