They may not be the cheapest dental care one can find in the area, but (having used Aspen Dental Care in Canandaigua) the term "you get what you pay for" is true with them. I would expect a pediatric dentist would be patient and kind as my kiddo tried to settle down. Then while i tried to help soothe my child, the dentist basically told me to stop talking, and rushed to pry her mouth open to count her teeth. I was so upset I refused the fluoride treatment and was then scolded for not bringing my kiddo in for a morning appointment. I will not return and highly recommend that other parents look elsewhere... there is just no need to talk down to parents and rush an upset child. I would gladly stop an appointment and pay for another follow up visit than have my kiddo treated this way!

They tell me every steps that I need to fill out and they gave my kids some colored paper and crayon box. So they can color the picture while I fill out the forms. It's perfect and easy to fill them out quick without getting any distractions. The dentist assistant came to get us and she talked to my kids about every step what she plans to do... it's amazing!!! My kids talked a lot with her and she was so extremely patient with them. They loved the new dentist place and you guys made our experience wonderful!! They have individual room for patient which is good because we all need some private. They have tv screen in the room so kids can watch while dentist and assistants check & clean their teeth! It's perfect distraction for them! I would recommend anyone who need to go to dentist and this place is a great place for kids and adults to go for their check up or need repairs or whatsoever.
