We were able to get appointments within a week and were very pleased with how friendly and efficient everyone in the office was. Dr. Seyller is extremely knowledgeable and gave both my husband and I information that we hadn't heard before from other eye doctors. She seemed to go above and beyond. Next we worked with Elliott in choosing our frames and were very impressed. He was very attentive and listened to what we liked but also made great recommendations based on what he was hearing us say. All in all, a very positive experience and we would highly recommend St. Croix Vision. We will be long time customers!

I am too particular, especially about tints, and Uptown Vision carefully reviews my color choices and shading percentages. Their frame selection is au courant, and they offer Blackfin, Masunaga, Andy Wolf, Maui Jim, and Dita, amongst others. Their optometrist is empathetic, listens, and thorough, plus Uptown Vision accepts most insurance policies. Trust me, it's the way to go in the Twin Cities.

Friendly staff, decent wait times, and a pretty solid selection of frames. My only complaint is that machine that shoots air into your eye. I know everyone has one, but it always make me jump. We need to get the scientists working on inventing a better way of measuring intraocular pressure (or whatever that thing does). Oh yeah and Dr. Meng is an awesome dude. When I first went in there, towards the end of my eye appointment I told the dr that I was interested in contacts. He did no further exam but told the front desk I was interested. They told me they'd be $40 a box and that I could pay $40 now and $40 when I picked them up. I did that and clarified I'd only owe $40 next time and she said yes. Twice. So once my contacts came they called me to set up a consultation appt but I couldn't take off work so I couldn't get in to get them and when I had the chance they plainly said no that doesn't work for us. ( ok they're busy, whatever) but then the woman I was speaking to informed me I still needed to pay for BOTH boxes and that the $40 was for my contact exam, which I never received! So I decided to just say screw it they aren't worth my time. After a couple weeks I started recieving bills for my eye exam even though I have insurance. I asked my dad about it ( my insurance is through him) and he said the insurance always declines it the first time, they need to just send it again. So I've called them twice now and told them that and they said they'd get it situated, but they never did so when I finally got my insurance all figured out, the woman at the front desk said it was to late and I have to pay it even if I really do have insurance. Never will I ever give them my service again!!!
