Bathrooms and showers are never clean, there's never any paper towels near the bench area at night. You cannot get you barcode on key tag to scan after hours. The one night I went there were 6 of us outside trying to go in and workout since we pay 69$ a month for the membership and our key cards wouldn't scan. 6 of us were out there standing, should we leave or should we knock on the door, and have one of the members break the rules to let us in to workout. Horrible gym. A gym is where you should feel welcomed and not judged when you come to change your lifestyle and work on your health. I was weight shamed by the trainers and the gyms manager. Even though he's rounder than me. I also don't want to be harassed because I walked in front of someone's camera to go do my workout or get a set of weights. They have a posing room for a reason go do that there. Or better yet don't do it at all. Look like a bunch of tools. They say they're open 24/7, well why is it when I come after close and majority everyone else our barcodes on our key tag doesn't scan. So then it's either we leave or we wait from someone inside to break the gyms rules to let us workout. I'm paying 69$ a month, and I cannot even enter the gym to utilize it.

I asked several people going into the school about it and not one person knew what I was talking about. When asking ymca anything I been told it takes 2 weeks for a response. I have had to wait longer. I have had to basically get nasty with the staff to respond. As for your merging comment I don't quite understand what that has to do with anything. Staff should have been trained. People paid money for the services that didn't happen. Art class over the summer was joke. My son told me art stuff on table if you wanted to. They were out in the heat wave that summer. I was told at on point to get a pool pass for every day. Thank God I didn't they barely went to the pool. My son is tall so the kiddie pool doesn't work for him. The staff was to lazy to watch him in the big pool. So that was a waste of money. My son begged me not to go pretty bad kids are supposed to love camp. The next year we spent the extra money and my kid had an amazing time at davinci science center. Woke up exited to go.

I've not had the negative experiences mentioned in the bad reviews here. I've only gone about four…read moretimes with a friend who brought me via the "bring a guest" perk of her "Black Card" membership. We went in late evenings, after 9pm. Occasionally, there were machines out of service, but this has not yet impacted us since it seems most machines are doubled. One of the machines was missing a handle for pulling a pin to reverse the orientation of action, requiring grabbing the threads with a paper-towel to protect the fingers grabbing at it. That's a problem I hope to see fixed next time I'm there. The cables keeping the weight setting pins in place are in various states of attached & broken, but none of the pins were missing. One evening there was a treadmill screaming a constant screechy perpetual BEEEEEEEEEEP. After 5 minutes of this, my friend went walking around to determine it was actually the machine next to her (apparently treadmills are now complicated enough in their computers to crash, sigh). She told a guy at the front desk; he came over, power-cycled the unit, and apologized for the annoyance. I think it would've been nice if someone working there had, you know, noticed and stopped this awful noise proactively. I don't know why nobody else seemed bothered (I find most people weirdly insensate by comparison to myself). Still, the problem WAS solved for us and no attitude was dished out. Perfectly acceptable interaction. I see most people cleaning the equipment after themselves. Some of the paper towel dispensers ran empty after 9pm, but others were still stocked, so I didn't have a problem. I only saw one "hangout" at one machine (one, then two big guys chatting up a petite woman using one machine, who might actually be an off-the-clock employee, but I'm not sure).

I am thankful and grateful for the time she spent talking with me. This will definitely become five stars once they open. I was delighted that they offer private and semi-private classes as well as their other menu of options. I spoke at length with Michelle. Incredibly knowledgeable, kind and encouraging. Prices are comparable to other studios where I have gone in years past (too long ago). I have some special needs as far as balance etc. This sounds like all of the original "Joseph Pilates" equipment will be available. I haven't felt this good about working out in a longggg time. BEWARE - I asked for a partial refund after 2 of the 6 sessions and was refused…read more I came across Corexcell on youtube. The guy talking on the video differentiated between hip flexor pain and adductor pain. This caught my attention. I went to the website and signed up for the Private Therapy Package - 6 private one-on-one 60 minute sessions. There were other options such as a 2 session package or just access to the online content without any private sessions. After the purchase I was prompted to fill out the health questionnaire, I spent at least 60 minutes filing it out thoroughly. I also scheduled a couple of sessions (which were going to be done via zoom) according to my work and home schedule, which were more than a week away. I got a call from Zach that or the following day. He wanted to reschedule the first session that week so we did. The first session was on Dec 16th for 10am my time and 1pm their time. I logged into the first session and nobody was there. I called at 10.01; no answer. I kept waiting. Then at 10.15 I sent a text message: "Hello, just wanted to confirm we have a zoom session now at 10am pacific/1pm eastern time Thursday Dec 16th." I got a "yes" a minute later from Zach. I waited another 10 minutes and text "where do you want me to log in?" Zach called a minute later to reschedule for three hours later that same day. Then at 12:55 PM I sent a text "reminder zoom session in approximately 5 minutes with Sam." Since Zach had asked me to remind 5 minutes before the session. During the zoom session there were two other clients that Zach was attending to in person. I understand the nuances of sharing a weight room with other individuals, so this was not a problem with me, but this was not as advertised "one-on-one." Multiple times Zach would tell me to do a drill then walk away from the camera/screen. Zach had me go through the drills that were on the website, no assessment or questions were asked. At the end of that first session (which was not a full 60 minutes) I said to him "you know my groin doesn't hurt and I've been pain free for a while." Zach responded bewildering with a "it doesn't?" It became apparent at that moment that Zach had NOT read through my answers on the questionnaire that I had completed in which I clearly stated that I had been pain free for a few months. Zach then traveled out of the country and wanted to communicate via WhatsApp. We scheduled a second session and I messaged him a 30 minute reminder beforehand like he had asked period time for the session came around and a "no show" again. I got a call on WhatsApp two hours after the scheduled session to reschedule for another day. Neither of the sessions were 60 minutes as advertised and only the second was was one-on-one. After the 2 sessions I had flare-ups in my groin that I hadn't had for months. I decided to ask for a partial refund and was refused.
