i took my car in to get an alignment and before starting an amazing kind gentleman named Edison had let me know that my tires were placed the wrong way. I went to costco before coming here to buy new tires and have them installed- long story short costco installed the new tires to the rear instead of front and put the old rear ones to the front although i needed the new ones on the front, and Edison had explained to me what they might've done and offered to swap them with no charge! I was stressing bad and he helped me out by a ton!! Amazing service, all these guys are kind and understanding. Fantastic service by a family shop! I'm a single mom and new to the area. I don't feel comfortable taking my van just anywhere in fear that I'm going to get completely ripped off. I drove by this shop and decided to go in and ask about prices for my van. I needed two new tires and knew that my shocks were having issues among other things. The owner, Edison Gallardo, was so kind and took his time to show me what the issues were with my vehicle and quoted me very fair prices. The shop was quick to get my van in, and when a part they had wasn't in stock, they even lent me one of their personal vehicles to get home in and keep overnight until my van was finished early the next morning (this is probably not something they normally do, but they knew I was in a bind).
