No company gave me any hope for the same week delivery... until I called Ardent's. On Friday Joe, the owner, delivered me a dumpster first thing in the morning. Then I called on Saturday for a pick up. To my surprise Joe answered the call and then came pick it up the same day. Lightening fast! Then I had a need for a bigger dumpster. Joe promptly recommended another company that cared the size I wanted. That was cool. Still in all, I went with Ardent's Hauling again because they beat everyone on response time, delivery time and the level of service. Their prices are pretty good as well. John was the first to message me back from JWL Couriers and I could not have dreamed that I would get this type of service on a Friday with such short notice. John was extremely communicative, he kept me posted every step of the way about how long it would take him to wrap up what he was doing, gave me ETAs for pick up and delivery, sent me a photo of the items he picked up as soon as they were in his hands, and arrived without any delay. The address where he was supposed to deliver was blocked all around due to riot activity, and that did not deter him for an instant from making the delivery happen. He was simply amazing! He parked his vehicle, and walked all the way to the gate and up 3 flights of stairs to the front door to make this delivery happen. On top of it all, he charged me such an affordable price, I could not believe it. I was getting quotes from other companies when I was communicating with him, and they were at least 4 times the price. I offered to pay John more for the inconvenience of having to walk, and he declined. He said that it would not be right to charge me more. This delivery took place on a Friday after 5 p.m. and I even found out it was his Birthday today!! I am truly speechless.
