I called this place because last year our fence blew down in a wind storm. My son put the wood on the side of the house. He has to put a new fence up as a graded school project... we need the old wood removed. Mike said text him pictures... we did and no response. My mom had to finally call him and he quoted $250.00 .... really for some wood. Man is off his rocker... trying to rip off a disabled single mom and a kid who is just trying to get his school project finished. Update: the guy is now harassing me via text.. I set up a online appointment and was emailed confirmation they would arrive between 12-2. At 2:30 no show, no call, no email or text. I called and spoke to Mike he said he would call me right back as he wanted to call the driver for his eta. 40 minutes later no call back from Mike, the driver and no one has shown up. Where do I start? Completed online booking. Didn't get a notification or confirmation regarding the booking. Strange? Day of booking Still nothing! An hour into the booking range per website. Still nothing, no call, no email, no text. An hour and 20 mins into booking range for someone from company to show up and provide an estimate of work, I got tired of waiting. Called the number of the website. Michael answered, I asked if someone was enroute or even coming. He replied, "let me contact my driver and I'll call you back in a 2 minutes." After 2 minutes surpassed, nothing! I'm not surprised and if I would have read some of the review and did a little more research. I wouldn't have wasted my time waiting. I'm in Livermore and needed a wood pergola and 4-person sauna removed from our backyard. I evaluated three junk removal companies. Getting the quote from Junkout was the easiest (just text them a pic from my phone), was the most responsive (one of their competitors didn't even bother to reply) and offered to remove everything for $400. The two staff arrived, dismantled the junk and hauled it away. They did a great job of missing the fence, the house, the AC condenser and all the plants. (We've had problems with other workers who took less care on our property, causing damage to the plants, house, fence or other features-- so it's an important issue for us.) They also did a good job of cleaning up the debris from cutting up the sauna and breaking down the pergola. I'm quite happy with the work done and I recommend them. read more

I found this business on yelp and called because of the 5 star rating. We needed some trash hauled and we set up a Time on Friday then we receive a call back saying they can't make it. So....We set up a 9:30 am appt for Saturday morning and we send pics of the trash and our address. So this morning we're waiting and nobody shows up or calls. We called numerous times to find out what was going on and he didn't even have the decency to answer our calls or return the call and say he couldn't make it. So much for building clientele.
