I recently gave birth to my first baby and have seen a few providers at this clinic. Dr. Weidman and Dr. Winward were both amazing and helpful answering questions throughout my pregnancy. Dr. Jarvis was also great and came to visit me before my hospital discharge to make sure I was feeling good after delivery. So disappointed, irritated and in pain. My original appointment was with Pam and she was Amazing! Amazing, friendly, informative and didn't rush anything. I was sent to Dr Rogers for a partial hysterectomy, and a TOT procedure. He was so nice and very good bedside manner. Day of surgery he came in to say good morning before surgery and was totally different. Demeanor, everything was totally different. Before I went back he assured me that he would either stop by after I woke up to speak to me, or call me later that day. NOTHING! I am 3 weeks post op and have not heard a word since the morning of my procedure. The hospital tried to contact him repeatedly the day of my surgery for my discharge and didn't hear back at all either. 3 weeks later and I think I have a UTI, tried calling the office before the weekend with no response, left a message with no response, finally on Monday I got ahold of them and they said to just do a walk in. They did a urinalysis and came back positive for infection. They said they would culture it and call me in 48 hours. The antibiotic is not working, I can't sleep because I am so uncomfortable even with Motrin 800 and AZO. Just so disappointed in this practice. I don't feel like they care at all outside of Pam. Also, after surgery I found out by reading my online records they did more than I anticipated and I was in pain beyond what I was expecting with no explanation. A patient shouldn't have to search for answers like that! read more

Not one to write reviews, but after seeing the poor reviews left here I decided to provide my input. I have been seen at Valley Women's Health a total of 2 times in the past month. Once for a pap smear and breast exam, and once for the removal/insertion of birth control. Both times I was really truly happy with the service I received. My provider was Tamera Hansen, and I have nothing but good things to say about her. She and the rest of the staff understand some procedures may be anxiety inducing and do their very best to make it as comfortable as possible for you. I did not feel rushed in their office when I asked a million questions. Genuinely felt like the care I received was top notch. The staff at the front office is friendly. The building is clean and in a nice location. I know I can call the nurses line with questions and they will do their best to take great care of me and my concerns. read more

I have experienced nothing but excellent care here! Dr. Astle and his staff are very professional and sensitive to the situation, and always put me at ease when I have to visit. I usually see either Dr. Astle or Dr. Jarvis and have nothing but wonderful things to say about both of them. Overall I like this office, my doctor always listens to my concerns etc for both my pregnancies and the nurses are nice. The only thing that irritates me is the appointment scheduling, every single time I come I always have to wait like 15 mins to get called in and then having to wait another 20mins or so for the doctor. Last time i made an appointment the doctor didn't come In til 30 mins later! Ridiculous if I have an appointment at a specific time then that's my time. I shouldn't have to keep waiting forever if another patient is ahead of me, respect peoples time especially if I have other things to do. read more

My first visit was fantastic and went well! I ended up finding out I must have miscarried as they saw nothing on my ultras. So I lived life for a few weeks and then all of a sudden my tests were beyond positive but they made it out to seem like they didn't believe me. So Dr benham, said no ultrasound. Let's do more blood work. Fine. I go to do my blood draws and it took 3 different nurses to help get two tubes. One for a blood serum and one for quantitive HCG. Serum was positive and I was sent home. I was supposed to get my results for quantitive hcg the same day. They never called. I called them the next day and it still wasn't done. Nurse who answered said it was supposed to be done but it wasn't and she'd let me know. So now I'm waiting over the weekend because I still got no call yesterday. Kinda ruined my excitement and experience for my first baby. I will not be coming back to this doctors office period. The care quality was poor. read more

First time here today and front desk lady who checked me in was very grumpy and grouchy!!

I checked in for at 2:15 for a 2:30 appt. I was taken back for vitals etc. by about 3 pm. I then sat in a freezing cold room draped in a paper gown from head to toe until about 3:40. No one checked on me no one came in and said they were running behind schedule. I even poked my head out the door in my paper gown. No one in site. I got dressed by 3:45 and as I proceeded to the exit, I did not see one single person. As I was leaving the receptionist said can I check you out? I said no thanks, I wasn't seen. This office does not care about their patients. Oh, and I drove 1.5 hrs for this appointment as I live in a small town. Maybe I can charge them for my time? read more

I visited VWH and was seen by Brittney Ducket NP. I was shown to a room and asked to put the usual paper gown on. While waiting for Ms Ducket to come into the room I could hear two people outside the room, one male one female. They were talking about watching Tik Tok videos and the male voice said his favorites are the ones with the hot chicks on bikes. Highly unprofessional for a doctors office. After waiting for 25 minutes Ms Ducket finally enters the room followed by a male person. As a sexual assault survivor it was extremely uncomfortable to have an unannounced male enter the room while I was wearing what's essentially a paper towel. She asked if he could be present and I said no. The exam was perfunctory and she didn't seem to care one bit about me or my being there. To top everything off she wanted me to take a screening for STD's since I'm divorced. I've been in a monogamous relationship for five and a half years. I will not return there and I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to go for health care. I wish I could give this place minus stars but I can't. read more

I love this clinic! I have seen multiple doctors here and you can tell that they always review your chart before coming in and they are always very honest with you and it shows they truly care. The nurses have ALWAYS been super sweet and helpful. The wait sometimes can be frustrating but the care I receive makes it worth. The reception has always greeted me with a smile. I have been in the St. George office several times over the last few months and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know. Every time I went in the front desk they were not friendly in any way and rude when talking to them. They make you feel like a huge inconvenience to them. Doesn't matter whether your checking in or out they are rude. I asked checkout once to call me if I have a balance so I could pay right away. She responded we don't do that, heaven forbid they have to talk to customers. What has happened to customer service and personal touch? Also thought it would be appreciated that an office could collect right away on a balance with a simple phone call. I don't want to log into their system to pay a bill. Sorry I like good customer service. That's just a start to the problems I have with the front desk. Not to mention the doctors. I saw 2 different doctors their and my concerns were brushed off like it was stupid I asked. With the several follows ups that I had to do the doctors didn't give me hardly any information and I was left to figure things out on my own. Again wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more
