When I addressed him and the "director" about it, the chiropractor, Ryan lied said he didn't do it. Btw the chiropractor is not very established, too green does not reflect confidence in himself and his work. I'd recommend going to a more established chiropractor. Great locally owned family business that provides wrap around therapy! It's time saving to be able to go to one location to receive acupuncture, massage, and chiropractic services. These services have been essential towards my recovery from a back fracture that was exacerbated by a rear end vehicle accident. The receptionist help me schedule at a time that is convenient and remind me of my appointments via text. Zach the acupuncturist provides quality services explains his interventions. John the massage therapist is an excellent therapist who is kind and has a light joyful energy. This sessions have really helped my back soreness, tightness, and mobility. The WORST place to go if you are truly injured. If you just need someone to touch your back or give you minimal attention/care then it might not absolutely suck. Not only did I get stuck with a $4000 bill that was mainly equipment they gave me as I was heading out the door (while insisting I wouldn't have to pay for it), but Jeffery Albing re-injured my neck, didn't accept responsibility for it, denied it was even re-injured and then gave me other reasons as to why it might be hurting, all of which he was blaming myself for. (Fast forward to when I tried to reduce these outrageous medical bills) I went into the office to talk with Benjamin Heath (the head "doctor"), he was conveniently in a "meeting" each time and wouldn't even talk to me in person or over the phone. They gave me the excuse that "he doesn't talk with patients about bills," even when I mentioned that I wanted to talk with him about the quality of care I received by him, his office and his staff. Ps, I gave these a**holes a chance to make up for their mistakes but they chose to be greedy... which is exactly why people don't respect chiropractors. It's the easiest way to become a "doctor" and you don't have to do any real work. My last two cents, If you work here and care about your work, I'd recommend you go somewhere that you could actually benefit those in need. read more

I got a chance to sit down and have numerous chats with Benjamin and Jermey and they really listened to me and I could tell that they really care about people. I felt such a good connection to them I referred my dad to them who has had severe shoulder pain and he got the treatment he needed and now he feels great and able to sleep through the night. Both of the chiropractors here are very good, as well as Barb and John for massage. A huge bonus of going here is that they also give you rehab (stretches, cervical pillow, other PT sort of stuff) included with your visit. Natalie is awesome at this! I called the see if they were accepting new patients. Was told to call back with insurance information becasue benefits were checked before services were scheduled. I gave them the insuance information, they checked benefits and called me to schedule. At no point was I ever told I was out of network. I found out when my husband arrived for his appointment. He was asked to pay the $75 cash price or the new patient fee of $141 which would be applied to his deductible. The dr.s service was fine. When I called the question the billing practices, the front desk, Andrea, made excuses that she hadn't scheduled our appointments and didn't know why I wasn't notified of being out of network. She did not apologize for not communicating with me. It's unfortunate she made excuses and blamed her coworkers instead of accept responsibility for their communication error.
