We had rats. They immediately took over our home in a couple of days. Management called exterminator who set traps and left in less than 5 minutes. Rats ignored traps. Finally I woke up at 2:00 a.m. with 2 large rats in bedroom. Immediately packed up kids and went to hotel. Management called different exterminator who saw no signs of rats, although there were droppings, etc. Checked out of hotel but still heard activity at night. Finally after coming home one evening and finding one in the my daughter's bed, I went on Yelp to find my own exterminator. Chuck came the next day, checked to see how they were getting in, set traps and poison and in 3-4 days we were totally rat free. I wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5. The owner, Chuck, came to our newly purchased condo to eliminate my ant problem. He laid some non-toxic child and pet friendly bait. I saw the ants eating it that night, and I haven't seen even 1 ant since!!!! I've always thought ants were impossible to get rid of but Chuck conquered them in one visit! I'm still in disbelief. The only thing better than his results are his professionalism and personality. My 3 year talked to him from the moment he stepped in my house until he followed him out the front door. I can't recommend Valor services enough. We started seeing spiders and bugs in our house last year and I contacted Chuck. Right off the bat, he was quick to respond to my message and very knowledgeable. I also find the pricing to be very reasonable. So I came home from a long week of business travel to open the cabinet to grab a snack and what do I find? Ants, lots of ants.
