After researching several companies, I settled on this company for the job to remove the bedbugs. The owner came out and was to return for a follow-up/second treatment. The company was paid for it. I would like to give a zero but not an option. I scheduled an appointment for spraying for my tenants stink bug issue 4/25 at 12-12:30. Dewayne never showed plus didn't respond to any text or email from him that day why he didn't show up. I received an text the next day stating he was available that next day. I asked why he missed the day prior and was told "I had a job that took a little more time because dealing with the elderly so have to be more patient with them." We had problems with cockroaches (and a mouse which we had already killed it). Dewayne did the most thorough inspection we have ever experienced.
